Ali Baba Limousine

Choosing this company at the last minute was following a debacle with a different company who completely misquoted us back in January and waited until the last minute to tell us, after all of our careful budgeting. They were called Elegant Arrivals, and in January told us that an SUV Limo would be $575 for three hours, when in actuality it was $720, which they told us just two weeks before the wedding. We were extremely pleased with the service that Ali Baba Limo provided us after that mess. It was outstanding. Not only were we UPGRADED FOR FREE from the basic smaller limo that my wife just needed as a vehicle to fit into with her dress, to the SUV, but the driver went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly for us. The driver's name was Tory (I hope that is how it is spelled). We were expecting to have to take personal vehicles back from the ceremony because things began a little bit late and we had the limo for a limited amount of time, but despite that, he waited for us. And this was in Manayunk, with its extremely narrow back streets and bad evening traffic. Tory expertly maneuvered this huge vehicle through it all without a single mishap, and got us to our destination at the ACE Conference Center in a timely manner, with plenty of time for us to spare for photos and the cocktail hour. I know how difficult it can be to reserve limos this time of the year with all of the graduations happening and everything, so we realize how lucky we were, and we commend both the company and our driver for helping us out in such a great way on our wedding day. I would recommend the company to anyone in the area looking for event transportation, they worked with us and definitely cared about getting us to our destination following the wedding.

Overall everything turned out okay with them however we had to give directions to the driver becasue he had no clue where he was going. We also had 2 issues where we had made payments over the phone and they supposedly had no record of them. We ended up having to fax over our bank statements and get it all cleared up. They did show up on time on the day of however the closer it got to the end of our 3 hours the more ancy and impatient the driver got. The best man ended up throwing him a pretty hefty tip to shut him up.

We used them for our New Years Eve wedding...pleasantly surprised by their timeliness, professionalism and flexibility. We confirmed the details with them in advance, and they were at my front door right on time. The driver was prepared- had directions and an alternate route. We were also able to negotiate on the cost- it was by far the best deal that I found. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

I wouldn't trust this company to transport my dog to the vet!!! AC didn't work, windows and sunroof were broken, we were given the wrong car and told there was no way to fix it and we just had to "live with it", it was raining and the driver had to be asked to bring an oversized umbrella to the door, the driver had to be given directions the entire time by a groomsmen, the driver to the "parent car" threatened to leave them at the church and was extremely rude and Ali himself was no better!!! Do yoursef a favor, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! You would be better off walking!

We used the Escalade to transport our Bridal Party from the hotels to church and then to the reception. It was a beautiful limo. The driver was very pleasant and on time for each and every pick up. I would use them again in a heartbeat for another event. I highly recommend this vendor for your transportation!

Our wedding planner recommended Ali Baba for our transportation service, and boy what a wonderful company!! My husband is a Philadelphia Police Officer, and we were given a nice discount and an upgrade at no cost. We originally selected the mercedes limo, and on the day of, the driver pulled up in a Jaguar limo... my girls and I were so excited, and the guys were speechless when it came to pick them up. Our driver was on time, and offered to take photos of us in my mom's house getting out the door and out in front of the limo, he was SO fun and nice, and clean and dressed to impress (which left one of my bridesmaids swooning hahaha), very safe driver also... no flying around haphazardly (senior prom flashbacks!). The limo itself was super comfy and extremely clean and beautiful. He carried our bags, helped each of us into the limo, helped us out when we arrived and carried our things into the room where we were getting dressed. He said bye to each one of us & shook our hands, and was very pleasant, professional and a very sweet fellow! We did schedule a pick up for my husband and myself to drop us at a hotel in the city and neither one of us really cared what type of car came -- as long as it had wheels, a driver and a/c it could be a town car for all we cared. 10:00 rolled around, and we were packing up our belongings and the same driver came to pick us up... carried our bags to the car, as well as my wedding party's and mom's bags to THEIR cars, and even helped my mom's friend pack their car with the things from the wedding (the card box, favors, cake, etc)! We walk out together, and I see this hummer in the parkinglot, and I remember saying "who's is that!?" and it was ours! The Hummer was beautiful, and really roomy inside (I guess it should be, it's a tank lol), but it was extremely clean, and everything was perfect. When we arrived at the hotel, the driver carried our 2 bags into the lobby, then helped my husband out and myself out, and opened the hotel door and was on his way. I would absolutely reccomend Ali Babba to ANYONE needing a car service or limo service for trips, airport rides, or proms and weddings!! Their cars are spotless from what we saw in their parking garage and they're all fantastic looking!

Excellent, I can't say much more. Our driver was EXTREMELY professional. Dress to impress, and just a all around nice guy. He was down to the earth and really attentive with me and my dress with getting in and out of the limo. He even went as far as to stay in the back of the church with me and my dad, and made sure no last minute people get into the church until AFTER my father and I started down the aisle. He was amazing. I would recommend this company for your limo servies in a heart beat! I was very pleased with the service that was provided!

The service was awesome....the limos were clean and the drivers pleasant and curtious.

Very good selection of limos which can fit a large number of people. They were on time to all the venues and were easy to work with. They also allowed us to pay over a few months before the wedding. Very nice SUV limo's but if you get the one with the karaoke machine, make sure the driver knows how to operate it.
