We could not have had a better experience with the ladies from Always Pretty Salon and Spa. They came to my house the morning of my wedding and did hair for 4 of us and make-up for 5. The whole thing only took about 2 hours and everyone looked beautiful and loved their hair and their make-up. My mom (the mother of the bride) never wears make-up and was very nervous about how it would turn out and she loved it! The thing I was most nervous about on the day of my wedding was that I would end up not liking the way my hair looked, but I had nothing to worry about because the ladies were fantastic and it looked exactly the way I had imagined it! They were all very friendly and made my wedding day a great experience. Thank you!

I would recommend Carol and her team of stylists to any bride looking for reliable, timely, professionals that are up to date on the latest hair/makeup styles and techniques. I had my makeup airbrushed by Carol and it not only looked amazing, it lasted for almost two days!! Carol also did an amazing job on my Mother, Mother in Law and two brides maids really bringing out everyone's best facial features with the makeup she chose. This team of specialist really went above and beyond for me and my party, coming to our hotel room the day of my wedding, even working on my back (massaging ) due to an injury earlier that morning. This made the experience stress-free, relaxing and fun! Any bride needs all of those things on her most important day! So thanks to Carol and her team for making me look beautiful on my special day!

The women from Always Pretty Salon & Spa were very nice. I would have rated them higher but their communication was not good and the quality versus cost was poor. I chose them because they had airbrush makeup and I was able to book them only 3-4 weeks before my wedding. A few days before the wedding, I was told that the airbrush gun may or may not work, on the day of my wedding so to be prepared. This was upsetting, as it was important to me to have the airbrush. But the day of the wedding, the airbrush gun worked thankfully, and I liked my hair and makeup, after adjusting some things. My bridesmaids, however, were not happy with how their hair turned out, especially since the fee was so high. They did travel to our location which was appreciated, but charged $3 per mile, even though it was only 15 miles away (or 15 mins. driving at 60 mph...). Also, my account was charged $20 for gratuity for my hair and makeup but I did not believe that was what they should have received, especially since they were supposed to be there at 8 am, and did not show up until 9 am, with no phone call to let us know. Needless to say, we had a bit of a meltdown! They said that an email was sent to me THE DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING, letting me know they would be there at 9 instead, but since it was the day before my wedding, I was attending my rehearsal and so on, thus did not visit a computer! That is why I provided a phone number! Because of this, we were running late for the photographer and missed out on time for pictures to be taken, since they were still finishing my hair and makeup.
