Arlene's bridal creates a wonderful gown shopping experience. All of the ladies are wonderful and extremely helpful. Their gowns are beautiful and reasonable.

Arlene's Bridal is by far the best bridal salon around! When I first went there for my appointment and met Jamie she was the nicest person you could ever imagine. Jamie asked me some questions and got 3 dresses to start and knew what dress would be right for my body type and we didn't have to go any further. I ened up with the 1st dress she picked out for me. The alterations came out perfect. I never met a family like Jamie's who are so wonderful, friendly and courteous. Their prices are great. I can't say enough about Arlene's Bridal. Wonderful place to get my bridal gown. Jaime and Debbie were amazing. So eager to help and happy to see me happy! Debbie picked THE DRESS for me and the instant I put it on, I knew it was the one. She has such a great eye for finding the perfect dress. I recommended them to my co-worker and she too found her dress there. Every time I returned, they remembered me and were genuinely happy to see me and my friends again. I got my veil and flower hair piece there and they were very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend their services to everyone!!!!

Arlene's Bridal is wonderful! It was such a great experience purchasing my wedding gown here. My alterations were flawless and and my bridesmaid dresses were absolutely beautiful. Any questions I had they were quick to answer. I was so happy I purchased my gown here. The girls at Arlene's are the BEST!!

Jaime & Debbie were such a pleasure to work with. I had been in other weddings prior to my own and was familiar with the store. My wedding dress was the first I tried on there and it was beautiful and just worked - but they still encouraged me to try on other dresses. They even put up with my crazy mother who referred to them as "wedding dress girls" and constantly asked if they had seen a more beautiful bride. I also shopped around for prices on my dress and they did have everyone else beat. They weren't angry when I brought in my own slip and bra and didn't buy it from them.I also used them for my bridesmaid dresses. Because I bought my dresses there, the girls got a 10% discount. They were fine with letting me pick up the dresses for the out of town girls and having my BM (including one who was in Iraq) fax their measurements in.My wedding dress alterations were perfect as well. Couldn't have asked for better!

EXCELLENT!!!! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BRIDAL SALON!!!!!!! It is family owned and operated and it shows. They take the time to help you. I would go there to have any other dresses I need ordered.

The girls at Arlene's were so helpful with everything. They make you feel like you've known them forever. They made bridesmaid dress shopping a breeze and were very in tune with all of my girls. I can't wait to go there again for my friends upcoming wedding.

AMAZING!!!A friend of mine purchased her gown at Arlene's Bridal Salon, so we went there for my dress. Jaime helped me and was great! She was patient and understanding, and really knew what she was doing. Jaime, Debbi, and ALL their staff were wonderful. The first time I went I found a lot of dresses I like but not one that I loved. I tried other salons in the area but still couldn't find "the dress." I went back to Arlene's because I really loved the way they treated their customers and were genuinely seemed eager to help me find THE dress. Jaime went above and beyond to find the right dress, and she did! I really felt valued as a customer. We ended up picking out the bridesmaid dresses there, as well as my mother's dress. And all of our alterations were done in house. The dresses came out perfect!!My husband rented his tux and his groomsmen's tuxes from the ajoining Starlight Tuxedo. Their staff was also excellent and knowledgeable, and their prices were better than the larger chains we also looked at.

THEY WERE FABULOUS. I got my dress off the rack and asked for a discount and they were willing to extend 25% off for buying off the rack!! I absolutley loved my dress from the second I put it on. They were just so fabulous to work with!! I truly enjoyed it!

I came here to buy accessories and was very pleased with the selection. What I had chosen was actually on clearance, but the quality was great and matched my expectations exactly. The only downside is that they don't sell shoes but it's no big deal. I wish I had pick my bridesmaids' gowns here.

Excellent services and beautiful dress for such a great price!

They picked out the most beautiful jewelry for me. Not to much jewelry, which i liked and she does too. It was very small though but the Quality was very good.

The place was great, nice people, big selection. The hems on the girls' dresses were made too long, though.

Very affordable prices, and the staff is very helpful at this small, family-owned business; they will go out of their way to assist you. Some of my bridesmaids did not have their dresses fitted perfectly though.

They ordered a dress for me that they didn't carry in the store which was great because they offered it for the lowest price. They were always really friendly and super helpful. I'm not 100% thrilled by the alterations that I had on my dress but I've seen much worse so I won't even complain about that. The only issue i really have and I'm not sure if it is the fault of the dress company or of the seamstress is that my maid of honors dress started to come undone at the bottom. The girls had dresses that had pick-ups at the bottom and throughout the day my maid of honors dress kept getting longer and longer until we had to take scissors and cut it because of the seams coming undone. This may have just been a faulty dress or something the seamstress cut .

The staff there was so sweet! My only problem is that I wanted to take it in 2 weeks before the wedding but they insisted it looked fine. I got back my pictures and its pretty clear the dress was too big. So I am a little upset that they didn't want to do the extra work (the seamstress). All the other staff were very accomodating.

Arlene's is a great place for bridal gowns and bridesmaid dresses. They stayed within my budget and customized the dress to be exactly what I wanted. The staff is fantastic!

tHE DRESS WAS BEAUTIFUL AND THEY GAVE ME A GOOD DEAL, THE ONLY THING I DIDNT LIKE WAS THEY DIDNT HONOR PREVIOUS PRICING COMMITMENT FOR ALTERATIONS...IF AN EMPLOYEE PROMISES YOU SOMETHING, EVEN AFTER THEY ARE GONE, THE BUSINESS HAS TO HONOR THAT CONTRACT....

As I was living in a new town, I shopped for my dress alone. When I was looking for the dress, they were very helpful and supportive (sincerely, not fake like other dress shops). However when my dress came in I had an AWFUL experience with getting it altered. They took it in too much in some places and not enough in others. When I complained to the seamstress she told me I was wrong and she did everything perfect. Although it was a good place to get my dress - do not get it altered there.
