Bings Bakery comes highly recommended when searching for your wedding cake. The price was fantastic and the cake was delicious and beautiful!! I had a mixture of cupcakes and cake and it was kind of a difficult set up for them but I couldnt have asked for more.

Cake was delicious!! They designed it just as we imagined, even added fondant bumble bees at a very reasonable price to go with our theme! Definitely recommend them

I wanted to use Bing's from the very beginning, because I love local bakeries, and found their exterior charming, their hours quaint, and their reviews promising. I went for a tasting with my mom, and found the taste and presentation to be a little ordinary/down-to-earth, but then again, so were the prices! A few choices were actually quite good (chocolate cake + raspberry filling; the cherry pie, the lemon meringue pie!). I was on a strict budget for my wedding, and wanted a fairly large spread (pies + two-layer cake) with an aesthetic appeal. When it came to the big day, the cake/pies were beautiful, and the guests were very complimentary about the yum factor.

We wanted to use all local vendors for our Newark, Delaware wedding. Bing's seemed like the logical choice and it turned out to be the right one. My husband and I had envisioned a cake unlike any other - topped with pewter Dungeons and Dragons miniatures as the bride and groom and surrounded by pewter miniature zombies. The woman who helped us with our tasting at Bing's took it a step farther and suggested doing a design of dots around the cake that would subtly look like the dots of a six sided die. We ordered a cake to feed 80 people but it probably could have fed 90. Looked great and tasted great too!

Bing's did my wedding cake for an outdoor reception in May. Not only was the cake beautiful and displayed so perfectly, it tasted incredible. Everyone loved it!

They were absolutely fantastic. The cake was delicious and from what I heard one of the best cakes some of the guests had at a wedding. The cake looked just like my Martha Stewart picture and I have already had my top layer for my one month, and it's still delicious. They were the most reasonable for cake vendors and I'm glad I didn't spend a lot and got exactly what I wanted.

Bing's was one of the only bakeries that still does cake tastings . They were very cost affective for the amount of people we were serving and the cake was not only beautiful it was scrumptious. We have already decided to order a cake from them every year on our anniversary.

So Great!The cake was so good,and it didnt taste like one of those bag cakes people try to pass off as there own(like some other places i had my tastings at).They were so nice,i will def. be a returning customer!!
