Ken has done weddings for almost all of my husband and I's friends and family so when we got engaged we called him right away and booked him even before knowing where everything was going to take place! (We knew what date we wanted no matter what.) Ken was great, he answered all of our questions and I never had an issue getting a hold of him. He was fabulous to work with all day and kept us laughing. He stayed until the very end of the night and even got some last minute footage of my husband and his fraternity brothers singing to me. Our BIG video was a hit for all of our guests and it's great being able to share it with people who couldn't make the wedding.
A lot of people think that the fact that he takes a while to get your video back to you is some type of wedding crime, but I know that he is going to make it wonderful and the BIG video is just fine until it comes in. I'd rather watch a great highlight of my wedding while its fresh in my mind and watch the whole video in a few years!

My husband and I met with Ken about 11 months before our wedding and right off the bat, I knew his work was ART! The week prior to our wedding, Ken called just to review the logistics for my wedding (this calmed my wedding nervousness). On the day of our wedding, Ken's cousin, Lynn, arrived early (love when people are early!) and set-up shop and was videotaping within minutes. Lynn was calming, funny, and so down to earth that she made it easy for me to be myself infront of the camera. She captured all of our funny moments and even the sentimental moments during the bridal prep. She then headed over to the church, set-up over there and filmed our mass. during our recpetion, Lynn kept the camera rolling and even survived the madness of our guests dancing until 11 p.m. when our recpetion ended. I have been at weddings where the photographer leaves after the cake cutting ...but not KSV!
I can't thank your team enough for all of their hard work and we can't wait to see the production of our wedding!

Ken and his team were great. We love our BIG video and he even came through when our bestman was ill and had to tape his speech! He played it on an 80 inch screen and it felt like he was right there. It was great.

DO NOT USE KENNETH STILLMAN. My wedding was 10/31/09 and I still don't have my wedding video. He never responds to emails or phone calls. Of course we had to pay him in full and I still have NO idea when I will receive my video. He is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. I will also be reporting him to the BBB. I will attempt to take legal action and at least get my money refunded. I have a feeling I will never get my video. This is a day in my life that I really wanted captured. I am completely devasated at the outcome.

My husband and I are celebrating our two year anniversary today. We hired KSV, paid in full, and have not received our video. We were promised numerous times that we would receive our video. We were supposed to get our video 8 months to 1 year after our wedding. We understood the editing process would take a long time and were very patient. We were told our video was in the mail months ago. We were told on the phone, (after leaving multiple phone and email messages) when we could get ahold of Ken, that we would get our video in 30 days, and then again we were told 2 weeks. NO VIDEO. We are extremely disappointed and outraged at KSV's unprofessionalism. We would not recommend this videographer company to anyone. It's very sad because we met with Ken in his home months before our wedding, and he put on a great act to get us to hire him. Little did we know then that we would never get our video. Unbelievable. And we aren't the only ones. Taught us a lesson to never pay in full.

I waited till the last minute to book a videographer. In the course of a weekend I sat down and viewed dozens of recommended websites. Blah blah blah same boring video over and over. I never even knew how bad wedding videos could be! And then I went to Kenneth Stillman?s website and I was like- PERFECT! I loved his upbeat approach. His videos looked so happy and energetic. I am just not the "sappy-lets-do-a-video-montag-of-us-making-out type." I would have had to make fun of myself with a video like that!
I had read in reviews on the knot that he is not great at getting back to people and he has a long turn over time on his videos, so I figured I'd have to be proactive because I was so close to my wedding I e-mailed and called him the same day. I heard nothing for two days and e-mailed and called again. A few days after that he finally called me back. He got my voice mail and then we played the whole phone tag game for awhile. When I finally got him on the phone I booked him on the spot. His communication improved 100% once he was actually booked.
He basically made no excuses. He said he would not put out a video with his name on it that wasn?t up to par and if that meant a longer wait time, so be it. Because I know I won't have my actual video for awhile I paid the extra $100 to get the video teaser which was guaranteed within a week. He actually edited the video for me during my wedding and showed it to me that night! He upgraded me to the Big Video Show which is same day videos in a different style for free (normally $250). I absolutely love my video and it fits our personalities so well. He said he brought three songs with him that day and when he met our bridal party he knew we needed the most energetic song.
I am totally happy and satisfied with my choice, and since I know I won't get my final video for a long time, at least I won't be shocked or worried about it.

I cannot say enough fabulous things about Ken - his entire team is great to work with and made everyone feel comfortable right from the start. The best choice we made was the addition of the BIG show, I watch it almost every day and our guests are still talking about it. Ken helped make our day perfect and I have no problem waiting for our video to be completed, I like that he takes his time and makes each video unique, as opposed to creating the same edits for everyone. He is WONDERFUL! Thanks Ken!

I worked with Ken and his wife for my recent wedding, although I havent received my video yet, I am most excited to see it! Ken seemed to be everywhere and seemed to capture every moment on film! Cant wait to see it!

I looked at the other reviews... And I can't really say anything differently. I absolutely loved Ken and his staff. Everyone at the wedding raved on their professionalism, interactions with the people, and obvious hard work. I have watched my BIG Show many times and love it.. I am patiently waiting for my video. I know it will be GREAT. Ken and his team should be proud of their Business. They are producing great ART!! And making many people's lifetime memories look amazing. WAY TO Go

Ken was great and I really enjoyed working with him. I haven't received my video yet because I haven't given him my montage pictures yet, so I can't really rate the quality of his work. He has some great tools to catch great moments, and I can't wait to see how the video turns out. His price is great.

I wasn't planning on booking a videographer but am SO glad we changed our minds. Ken and his team were spectacular. Ken was very responsive to all my emails and ideas. Our ceremony site was a little unusual, so Ken came to our rehearsal to make sure he'd be ready to go day of. On our wedding day, they showed up on time, ready to go. They were never obtrusive or directorial. They captured the day and we LOVE our ceremony video. We can't wait to see everything else!

As of today, the only portion I've seen is the ceremony which was shot well and you could hear everything that was said. I caused some of the delays but his company is moving a little slow on actually producing the video. Him and his assistant were extremely friendly and I would recommend thm.

I had a great experience with Ken, everything was super easy and done over the phone. I never had a problem getting in touch with him by phone. I spoke with Ken prior to my wedding about any concerns, he assured me everything would be great and it was. Ken wasn't the videographer that filmed at my wedding though. I had two people that seemed fairly young, but they were inobstrusive. I loved my video and got it exactly 4 months after the wedding. It came in a very nice case and I love that it's also online for friends & family to view. Also note that you don't get raw footage unless you pay extra.

Our concerns with Ken are not over the quality of his work - the portions of our wedding day that we have been able to watch online are very good and we are very pleased with what has been posted so far. However, it has been over a year since the wedding and we have yet to receive our DVD...even more frustrating is that we have most recently left 4 voicemails and 2 e-mails for Ken and have not received ANY response as to the status of our video. There were a few delays in the process - some his, and some ours (choosing our prologue song) - but the most recent contact we have had with Ken was back in April when he informed us that he would be posting more sections of our day online in the coming weeks, however we have not heard anything since. Ken was fine to work with leading up to the wedding and on our actual day - but I would pay more for the same product if that meant we'd hear back from the person/company in a timely manner. It is very frustrating to fulfill your end of the contract (by paying in full) only to feel as though the professional you hired is too busy to fulfill their end (or to even let you know where it stands).
