I LOVED my dress and my bridesmaid dresses. My sales consultant left a few months after I purchased my dress and the excellent service went with her. The people were cordial, but I had to keep following up with them for information, they gave my bridesmaids and I different information; it was a very confusing for something that seemed very straightforward.

I was hesitant to deal with this store at all, after reading mixed reviews. Let me start with my first experience with this business. I tried to make an appointment months ago by filling out an appointment request form online. I waited about a week after filling out the form and when i never heard back, i made appointments elsewhere. I have since purchased my dress and i am now looking for a cathedral veil and headpiece for the reception. I came to the store with a friend today. Instead of being greeted with a hello, we were greeted by a rude salesperson who said "do you have a fitting appointment?" When i told her i was looking for veils and headpieces, she told me "i could look" but didn't direct me or try to help me. When i asked her where in the store i should look, she said "they are anywhere." The headband i picked up was $780. You would think someone would come over and help me put it on or ask me what i was looking for. I tried to get the attention of a salesperson but she ignored me. After 2 minutes of standing there and trying to get her to help me, i put the headband down and left. There is no amount of money i would spend at this store. I will be going back to Nicole Bridal in Jenkintown for my accessories.

My bridal gown was gorgeous! I had gone to 2 other bridal stores in the city and NJ suburbs, and no one listened to what I wanted except Brides by Danielle. I'm tall and thin, so I'm not a hard fit! I had just tried on 2 gowns, when our salesperson said to wait....she ran in the back and brought out a dress that when I put it on......fell in love. PERFECT! And the staff there is so sweet too, they listen and the alterations were amazing. Go there for your dress!

I absolutely love Bridals by Danielle. I went to multiple stores and this was by far the best one. Not only did I find my perfect dress but everyone who worked there was wonderful and helpful! Morgan was so , energetic, helpful, fun and really made me excited about the dress I chose. Brenda the seamstress is amazing and even added a blue ribbon inside my dress for my something blue! She also bustled my dress so it was only one loop. My maid of honor loved her! Danielle was fantastic! She came out to see the dress and told me how she wore colored shoes with her wedding dress too! Everyone was so personable and friendly! I enjoyed every time I went there and know I picked the perfect dress. I could not ask for a better team! I highly recommend Bridals by Danielle! They have such beautiful and unique style dresses that I did not see anywhere else. Five Stars!!

Very nice shop, the dress was a one of kind. Even though we did not buy the veil in this shop, they pressed it for us the same day we pick up the dress. Very nice.

Bridals by Danielle has an amazing selection of dresses. I only tried on one dress and that is the dress I bought. Jen, who originally helped me, was great. Everything with my dress was perfect. However, the bridesmaid dresses were a different story. I had 12 bridemaids. Jen left the store and no one ever called me to inform me so every time I tried to call the store I would have to talk to a few people before I had an answer. I recieved so many different prices for the dress. Jen gave me a price for the bridesmaid dresses and then when it came time to order them, I recieved a different price, which was inflated by $30 and they wouldn't honor the original price (even when I showed them an article from a bridal mag with the price and store listed). Oh...the seamstress was wonderful!

First, owner is extremely unprofessional and VERY rude!I ordered a maternity bridesmaid dress through this shop in July 2010 (I was 2 months pregnant). The consultant had mislead us and initially ordered a dress (and charged me for it) in a different fabric to match the other dresses. I am 5'9" and I inquired about needing extra length and the consultant stated that this was not necessary and if the dress was too short they would use fabric from the other girl's dresses to make the dress longer. Weeks later, she called the bride and told her that she made a mistake and the dress was not available in that fabric and we had to pick another style. Another style was chosen and ordered. The dress came in 2 weeks before the wedding. The dress was obviously not ordered in the correct size and no accomodations were made for the growing baby. I received the dress (I am now 8 months pregnant) and the dress did not fit at all. Since I live an hour and a half away from the bridal shop and work full time, I had to take the dress to another seamstress. The seamstress told me all the mistakes that were made in the ordering of the dress (it was ordered too small and I should have had extra length because it was too short). My alterations cost $108, and the dress cost $260. I called the bridal shop and spoke with the owner, Danielle, and explained the mistakes that were made when ordering the dress. I asked her if she would refund my last payment of $103.65 so I could use this money toward the alterations. She literally laughed at me and said "you will never get your money back". She offered no suggestions and was extremely rude. She said that her consultants "never make mistakes" and I should have asked to have the dress ordered a size bigger. I told her that her employees were the "professionals" in wedding attire and should know how to properly order gowns, and I, as a nurse, would not question them on the size they were ordering because they should know how to properly order a maternity gown.

Kai and Brenda are unbelievable!! Absolutely best place and setting to pick out my wedding gown. Kai helped me find my vision for how I wanted to look on my wedding day and had so soo many fun ideas to help me achieve it!! Brenda made sure the alterations and fit was perfect! These girls are so enthusiastic and fun, I couldn't have asked for a better experience!!

My dress was perfect and ended up beautiful. However, the dress was ordered a size bigger than it needed to be despite me questioning the size and coming in to get re-fit prior to the placement of the order. The alterations were expensive, but I was happy that I did them there because the seamstress really listened to me and the dress ended up how I had originally envisioned it.

I ended up at Bridals By Danielle because they were having a trunk show with many designs by a designer I was interested in. I purchased my dress through them that weekend and was pleased with the service I received while trying on gowns. However, the store did not call me when my gown came in - I had to keep calling them to check. Additionally, I repeatedly requested scheduling a Saturday fitting (I live in D.C., the salon is in Philadelphia), and was told that it wouldn't be a problem, but that I needed to wait until my dress arrived. When my dress arrived, the store told me that they "don't do Saturday fittings." I ended up picking up my gown and taking it to a seamstress who is a family friend and who was luckily able to fit me in before my wedding. My seamstress, who has been in the wedding dress alterations business for more than 40 years, indicated that the dress ordered for me was more than 2 full sizes too big. Before alterations, I could literally step in and out of it with the gown fully zipped! She had to work some magic, but the gown eventually fit like a glove (no thanks to this salon!). I would not recommend Bridals By Danielle to any bride. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, and brides need a salon whose customer service lends a sense of security and relief!

I had an amazing experience with Brides by Danielle. I worked with Jen, who was wonderful! Brenda completed the alterations, making my dress fit beautifully.

I went to bridals by Danielle because they had a trunk show for Alvina Valenta; I didn't plan on buying that night, but found my dream dress and got a great deal on it. Kye was great and really helped me to decide which dress was the perfect one.The only downfall is that it is a smaller salon, so if you aren't sure what you're looking for, they might not have it.

I purchased my dress from bridals by Danielle and I can't say enough wonderful things! I worked with Kye and she was so sweet and helpful. They had so many dresses to choose from and they were very patient with me. They gave me their full attention and such a great deal. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a stunning dress, good prices, and wonderful service. Thanks so much!

They were absolutely unbelievable and gorgeous.It was very nice professional clothing i got a stain and it didn't even show.They were great to work with and great people. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I walked into Bridals by Danielle knowing exactly what dress I wanted. I tried it on and knew it was the one. Even though I did not do a lot of shopping there, Carlene especially was very attentive and helpful. I never felt rushed to make a decision and give away my dressing room to the next girl. EVerything went very smoothly.

My experience at Bridals by Danielle was wonderful. All of their dresses are unique and beautiful. I wanted a dress that was NOT strapless and had been told by several other bridal stores that they did not have anything like that in stock. Bridals by Danielle, however, had numerous non-strapless dresses that I loved. I ended up choosing a Jim Hjelm at a trunk show and not only was it gorgeous, but it was also a great deal. I highly recommend Bridals by Danielle!

I bought my wedding gown from Bridals by Danielle and if I had not had the only normal sales girl there I would have reported them to someone because it was a disaster. The other staff there are beyond rude and dumb. They never called to tell me when my gown came in, I kept having to call them. It came in after the scheduled delivery time. It was just terrible. Please stay far away from this place.

The people at Bridal's by Danielle were amazing! From the first time I walked in there and the girls helped me find the perfect dress to the time I picked up my gown. They were so helpful and honest. They always made sure that I was happy, and I never felt like they were trying to sell me anything!

A New Yorker completely overwhelmed by the high-pressure sales techniques at Kleinfeld and Saks, I stumbled upon Danielle's on a business trip to Philly and am so lucky I did. I called for an appointment during lunch on a Wednesday in February and got an appointment with the sweet and helpful Jennifer that same evening. The store was small with a limited selection, but not crowded, and all of the dresses were avaialble to browse rather than the assistants insisting on picking them out for you. And an informed bride can get a great deal here, as they're happy to beat the prices of their larger regional competitors. After placing my order, Jennifer stayed in touch via email to make sure I had everything I needed and that the dress was all that I hoped it would be. A great little boutique with a personal touch -- I'll tell all my NY friends it's worth the trip.

They were very friendly every time I was in there. My dress was altered perfectly, and I also brought it there to be cleaned. The prices were the same as other salons, although I found the alterations a bit high for what they had to do to my dress. I didn't mind though, because I loved it.
