Anybody who is not use Conner Catering is making a terribble mistake.... Everything was perfect as promised to make a beautiful event..

We hired Conner Catering for my daughter's wedding. Hiring Don is like having a wedding planner, too, because he managed the entire event, not just the food. He provided an extensive list of choices to help plan our menu. His wife managed the actual food preparation at the wedding and executed flawlessly. They provided numerous appetizers which were all delicious, and kept on coming during the cocktail hour. We had a family style dinner which our guests loved. The food was piping hot and each dish was expertly prepared and delicious, and plentiful. We had an ice cream sundae and root beer float station which our guests really enjoyed. Everything was very attractively presented. Many of our guests said it was the best wedding that they ever went to, and the food had a lot to do with it. Our guests are still raving about the food. The servers and bartenders were all very seasoned professionals. I could not have been more pleased. If you hire Conner Catering to manage this most special event, sit back and relax, you are in the best of hands.

We have used this caterer for both of our daughter's weddings. I can't say enough what a wonderful, positive experience it was each time. I would highly recommend the services of this caterer.

Delicious and flexible. We couldn't be happier. I have some serious food allergies, and it was important to us that we wouldn't have to worry about what was "safe", so Don worked with us to ensure that I wasn't allergic to anything in the room.

Don Conner was very professional and helpful throught our whole planning process. He is great at what he does and really knows his stuff but also wants your wedding to be just that - yours! Our guests raved about the food, although I wish I could have tried more of it!

Don catered our wedding for us at the merion tribute house 11/10 and he did an amazing job! my husband is a chef and was impressed with the food! taste and variety of food was excellent. don really listened to what was important to us and tailored a menu to us. also an excellent price, very competitive. I fell Don also went above and beyond the job of catering. He helped with decorations and arrangements, the tables looked beautiful. He also managed all the alcohol and the clean up! everything went off smoothly with no work or stress on my part. wonderful! would strongly recommend to all!

Every detail was perfect, the food was amazing & the Old Mill looked absolutely stunning!

The food was amazing! The staff were wonderful and knew exactly what to have us do. They handled everything and kept things moving along. The food was as beautifully presented as it was delicious. We did family style dining and no one left hungry or disappointed. I recommend this company highly. Also, you must get the crab cakes and the scallops wrapped in bacon for appetizers, you will not be sorry.

Amazing caterer, everything went off with out a hitch, he practically peiced together everything for our wedding left us with no worries.

The Old Mill at Rose Valley is the most beautiful venue in all of Delaware County. I searched several locations and this was a gem. Conner Catering has been passed down from generation to generation, and they provide all the services at the Old Mill. I wanted a unique wedding, and when I went to other venues, they had a tendency to tell me what I wanted and how things should be done. My first meeting with Mr. Conner, he told me that it was my day and he would do whatever I wanted. Mr. Conner paired with such a lovely location was the obvious choice, and my guests raved about it. The food was great, we had a very unique wedding, and a gorgeous location. Mr. Conner gave suggestions when needed, and his vendor recommendations were right on the money. Speaking of money, his prices were much lower than other places, but the value was much better than I could have ever imagined. The Old Mill is the whole package and you can make it what you want it to be as long as you want your venue to be breathtaking! I would HIGHLY recommend having your wedding here: you will be in good hands. I would suggest using his recommended vendors, they were all fantastic, and take his advice--he knows the place the best.

Donald was like a wedding planner. Everything ran so smoothly that there wasn't a thing for me to worry about. Excellent value.

Our wedding was at the Old Mill (Rose Valley, PA) and Conner Catering is the sole caterer at this venue. Not only is the venue itself one of the most secluded and unique places, but it's absolutely beautiful. Our ceremony was outside in the courtyard, they also have a grassy area by a stream, and an indoor option. It was a pretty disgusting morning on our wedding day, but Don and his team didn't pull the "make a decision at 10am for your ceremony location at 4pm", his team kept an eye on the radar and set the chairs up outside and were ready at a moments notice to move them if necessary... there's a golf course a few miles away they keep in touch with for weather updates! The venue is worth every penny, and it's charming and has every ounce of charachter you'd ever want. The food selection we got to choose from was absolutely insane! We ended up choosing 12 butlered hors d'oeuvres with a family style meal, followed by our cake and a sweets table. The quality of food is exceptional and is extremely original -- Don's passion for the food really shows on the plate as well as his menu in print. The hope for our wedding day dinner was that the food would be as far from cliche 'filet or chicken breast' as we could possibly get. Everyone felt as if we were eating at a 5 star restaurant (for a VERY competetive price per person comparable to weddings at mansions or country clubs), rather than an assembly line catered dinner you might find at a country club type venue. There are a million different entrees to pick from, and no matter what you choose or how you choose to have dinner served (buffet, sit down or family style) you are guaranteed to have your guests chowin' down on some of the most delicious dinner they won't stop raving about!! Our wedding cake also was provided by a baker through Conner Catering, and was absolutely delish! I'm not a fondant kindof gal, so we went the butter cream route... all we did was choose the flavors we wanted, and a photo of what I wanted. I chose a white butter cream 3 layer cake from Martha Stewar with little dots going up the layers to look like little bubbles... and requested it be square. Not only was the cake *exactly* like the photo in square layers, it was the tastiest wedding cake!! I would absolutely recommend Don Conner and his catering team, they are a great helpful staff, who make every effort to make your day special. He is extremely passionate, and made a true effort to understand what my husband and I really wanted and gave us exactly what we asked for and even more!!

Food was AMAZING!!! All the guests raved and said it was the best wedding food they've ever had. Don can be a little hard to get in touch with at times but that was my only complaint.

We were married over 9 months ago and friends still comment on the food at our wedding. Many comment that they have NEVER had such delicious hors d'ouevres at any wedding or such a wonderful assortment and quanity. We chose stations as the dinner set-up and all of the offerings were raved about by our guests. Donald is a professional who makes you feel confident in his decisions and he will not disappoint you- trust me!!

Conner Catering did my wedding at the Tribute House in March 2010. He was respectful of my budget, very professional, honest, and provided amazing food. (not that I ate much, but I've heard raves about it!) I was on a tight budget, so it was wonderful to have someone respond to my inquiries actually WITHIN my budget--as if they had actually took the time to read my inquiry. In addition, he was flexible with times to meet and go over the details. The night-of coordinator was fabulous and really kept the evening flowing smoothly, even after a small snafu with my seating chart after some family flew in last minute. I also really liked their attention to the environment and local food (when available). Overall, excellent service from a family company.

Quality of Service- excellent responsiveness- slow to respond at times, only negative very professional-attention to details shows value of cost-provides great menu selection, I think you get alot for the money- many guests commented on how good food was flexibility-excellent Donald won't disappoint you. He makes you think outside the box. I would highly recommend Conner Catering

I loved the food, the service was unbelievable, the venue, the Old Mill, was fantastic. The dance floor is perfect for a big wedding. It was one of the few places that was able to fit as many people as we had and everyone be in the same room. I did not want a venue that had people sitting in different rooms. Every detail was followed perfectly, there were no issues at all.
