Cupcakes Gourmet

We had our wedding cupcakes from Cupcakes Gourmet of Malvern, and I must say they were simply exquisite! Very affordable and delicious, we had the red velvet cupcakes, lemon drop cupcakes, a giant white/vanilla cupcake as our "wedding cake", and an assortment of minis- all for under $400! The staff was so cheery and helpful, they had no problem adding our last minute giant cupcake days before. A+ in my book, I would definitely use them again.

Cupcakes Gourmet quite obviously makes DELICIOUS cupcakes! I know the owners, so I also know they are a quality business. I was thrilled with the opportunity to use their cupcakes as our wedding "cake"! I worked with Jessica (who is no longer with CG) and Alissa, and both of them were extremely attentive to my preferences and needs. All emails and phone calls I made were returned quickly and all my questions were answered thoroughly. They really wanted me to get exactly what I wanted for my wedding, and Jessica took the time to show me plenty of options and prices. We went with mini-cupcakes, which were more affordable than any traditional cake, and we got a variety of flavors for our guests arranged in beautiful tiers and decorated with sugar flowers. They personalized an 8-inch cake on the top tier for my husband & I to cut, and they modeled the piping pattern after my dress's lace pattern, so it was truly unique! The cake and cupcakes were delicious, and the guests really enjoyed them. Because Cupcakes Gourmet is so reliable and capable, I didn't have to worry about a thing! Everything turned out perfect.

I decided to have cupcakes for my wedding since the reception was smaller and these cupcakes were delicious! I ended up having 5 different varieties and they were able to color coordinate the cupcakes to my wedding colors (black, red, white) by using chocolate, vanilla, and red velvet cupcakes. The price was about what I would have paid for a small plain cheap sheet cake but the quality of these cupcakes was the best. You could taste the freshness and high quality of the ingredients. I would definitely recommend them! And to those brides who want to save the cupcakes for their one year anniversary, they don’t freeze that well due to the natural ingredients, so my husband and I are just going to buy the same cupcakes we had at our wedding on our anniversary.

Sorry, I cannot provide anything good to say as my entire order was messed up. We ordered 60 cupakes and only 54 were delivered. Cupcakes were all to be decorated with a flower and dragees. When delivered every other cupcake had flower and the ones that didn't have flower had just dragees. We also specified we wanted the icing all the way out to the edge of the cupcake. Upon arrival there was no icing to the edges. This was after a couple meetings, as well as speaking to the Cupcakes Gourmet a couple of times as well. All the above was clearly spelled out on order form as well as verbal review and yet the entire order was wrong. The day of the event when noted there weren't enough cupcakes, they did go back and get another 60 or so. We only needed 6 and there were plan without decoration. So those 60 were given to the staff who took care of us as I was not putting out plain ones on top of the messed up order. I spoke with the owner, who offered me more cupcakes. I declined. Mackie, owner, finally said she would reimburse me for the cost of the decorations on the cupcake but has never followed through. I do not recommend this place as it will be a mess from start to finish with this people. Very unsatisfied and it was an embarrassment as the cupcake tower was in place of a wedding cake.

The cupcakes they made for our wedding were abosolutel beautiful and delicious. Heather was great to work with, and helped me get everything I needed.

The cupcakes were such a hit! We had 6 different flavors on our tree with a small cake to cup on top. The delivery was the most impressive to me and my family - they showed up early, because they thought it would take longer to get to our home, and instead of just unloading, their concern for the quality of the cupcakes from sitting out so long prompted them to leave and come back. It was refreshing that someone takes such pride in their products and wanted it to be right for us on our wedding. Not only would I recommend them for weddings, I'd recommend them just because the cupcakes are so delicious!! The cinnamon spice is my new favorite anything!

Such an awesome alternative to the traditional wedding cake! The flavors were to unique and so tasty! The staff is incredibly gracious and attentive to your wishes. We highly recommend them to you!

Cupcakes Gourmet was a wonderful alternative to the traditional wedding cake. We had the rasberry ganache covered in white ganache cupcakes and they were outstanding. Everyone raved about the exceptional taste and quality.

My husband wanted to have cupcakes for our wedding rather than a traditional cake, and I was skeptical until we went to Cupcakes Gourmet for the tasting. The presentation was beautiful, and the cupcakes were so good, even better than a lot of cakes I've had! We chose 2 different cupcakes: stawberry shortcake and lemon, and the staff came to the reception and set up a beautiful tier of cupcakes. Very elegant and our guests loved them!
