Daneene did an amazing job and was very flexible. I had a morning wedding and it was almost a two hour drive for her and she made it on time! My mom was hesitant to have her hair and make up done because at my sister's wedding they didn't do a very good job. Daneene convinced her to get it done and my mom looked beautiful and loved her hair and make up. I would definitely recommend her!!

Daneene and her crew, Britney and Michelle were absolutely amazing. Their service is impeccable. They were all extremely professional and were able to satisfy many different people/personalities. I got married in Old City, Philadelphia and Daneene came to me at the Sheraton in Society Hill. Knowing I as well as my 8 bridesmaids and MOB/MOG didn't have to drive anywhere was such a stress reliever. We were able to relax while some girls were getting their hair and make up done. Daneene was also very flexible as some girls decided that day that they wanted their make up done. She didn't even flinch when asked. I decided to wear my hair half up on the day of my wedding, which started at 1 PM. By the end of the evening, which was 1 AM, I had to take it fully out as it was still staying strong. I highly recommend Daneene and her services. She is such a sweetheart and knows exactly what she is doing. I couldn't be happier with her and what she did for myself and my girls/MOB/MOG. Thank you Daneene, Britney and Michelle for such an amazing job!!!

Daneene was wonderful! She did my hair and makeup for my wedding as well as hair and makeup for my mother-in-law, sister-in-law and a friend. I was more than pleased with how I looked and received many compliments on my hair and makeup. The others were also very excited about their looks and happy they chose to have their hair/makeup professionally done. Daneene was pleasant to work with and very accommodating. Having her come to my hotel suite made it so easy and relaxing. I would highly recommend her.

Overall, I had a great experience working with Daneene. Her personality is relaxed and laid back, which made for a stress-free experience. Leading up to the hair/makeup trial and wedding day, she was responsive and flexible. At the trial, she spent a long time with me, trying out different looks. On the day of, she arrived on time- although was missing some supplies. It wasn't a big deal at all, since we had so much time, and my sister was able to run out and get the few things we needed. Daneene was clearly embarrassed by this, and offered to do my flower girl's hair for free. It was really no big deal at all, but we appreciated her professionalism! I absolutely LOVED my hair and makeup. I have truly never felt more beautiful, and I have Daneene to thank for this! I looked glamorous, but still looked like me. It was perfect. My hair & makeup lasted the entire day and night, and looked amazing in person and the photos. She made my mom and bridal party look awesome, and everyone was really pleased. I would absolutely hire Daneene again for any special occasion and would recommend her without reservation to any bride. Thanks Daneene!!

Daneene was not available for my wedding date so I had Joan for makeup and an assistant for hair. I must say the makeup and hairstyles for me and my 4 bridesmaids were very good and lasted all day. I was very pleased with the hair and makeup and everyone looked beautiful. I do have one complaint about logistics. The hair stylist arrived with only one bottle of hair spray. The nozzle kept getting clogged all morning and she would have to stop every five minutes to rinse it out. It finally got to the point where it was completely clogged so one of my bridesmaids had to go out an buy her another bottle of hairspray right in the middle of our getting ready, which held up the process and caused me stress. Once we had the new bottle everyone was able to have their hair styled however we were behind schedule. The part that bothered me the most was that instead of offering to reimburse my bridesmaid for the expensive bottle of hairspray, my bridesmaid was told to just keep the half-used bottle. My bridesmaid did not want to cause any drama on my wedding day so she just agreed to it although she was not pleased and neither was I when I found this out. According to another review below, it appears this is not the first time the vendor has arrived short on supplies. I would recommend this vendor for their quality of service however the owner should ensure that all staff are fully prepared for each wedding that they service.

We used Daneene for my daughter's wedding. She & her assistant were very professional and a pleasure to work with. They made all of us look beautiful with their makeup & hairdos. We also felt their prices were reasonable.

Daneene came to our house to do hair and makeup for three bridesmaids, my mom and me. It was so convenient and relaxing to have her come to us at home - no running around the morning of the wedding! Plus, she brings everything with her, including chairs and mirror, so it's like having a salon right in your living room! She did a wonderful job making everyone look great - not overdone, just a more beautiful version of ourselves! She has an awesome personality and that rare ability to make everyone feel exceptionally comfortable around her. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for amazing makeup and hair for their day!

I want to begin all of my reviews by saying that my wedding was on the day of the freak nor'easter in October that through a wrench in absolutely everything...having said that Daneene and her assistant showed up exactly on time through the snow. They were a pleasure to spend the morning with, cool, calm, and collected. They made me and my bridesmaids look absolutely amazing, modern, and stylish. And even throughout the snow, my makeup and hair stayed amazing. I picked some ok vendors, some bad, and some good, Daneene was a definite hit and I would recommend her to anyone.

Daneene and her crew were amazing! I never actually met Daneene but all correspondance was promt and I think her prices were fair for all that was received. We were assigned Michele and I feel in love with her the moment we met at my trial. She was on time, super friendly and most of all great at her job. I loved the fact that Michele came to us for both the trial and the wedding day, taking the stress of traveling completely out of the picture. The day of the wedding my hair and makeup looked even better than I thought possible! And each of my bridesmaids looked stunning and were very pleased with their results as well. Our hair and makeup remained perfect all day long as well. I would definitely recommend Daneene & Associates to any bride looking for a stress free wedding day and beautiful results!!!

I got married on 9/24/11, and was absolutely thrilled with my wedding day hair-and-makeup. I would happily recommend Daneene Jensen to any bride. Daneene and an assistant came to our venue and did hair and makeup for myself and 6 bridesmaids. First, I cannot emphasize enough how beautiful and glamourous we all looked and felt -- while not being overdone. I think any bride's goal is to look like the best version of herself -- not somebody else -- and Daneene absolutely accomplished that for me. Secondly, I was very impressed at the staying power of our hair and makeup. It was a humid day, with rain threatening, and a LONG day -- hair and makeup started in the morning because our church ceremony was early, and the reception went until 11:30pm. Miraculously, our looks held well into the night, even though we took a lot of outdoor photos and were dancing like crazy that night. Daneene was highly professional throughout the process, was very flexible in scheduling my trial, and offered great suggestions for how we could all look our best. She and her assistant arrived right on time, and were very efficient in working on all of us, while taking the time to do everything right. I would happily recommend her to anyone.

Gina from Daneene Jensen & Associates did hair and make-up for our entire bridal party and we couldn’t have been happier with the results. Besides the fact that our hair and make-up were absolutely beautiful, they made the whole process very easy. Starting with the trial, Gina came to my house and she was very easy-going and relaxed, which helped me to relax. She’s an expert with her tools too – keeping everything very clean and well organized so she finds things quickly and easily. I booked her right away. Gina and 1 assistant came right to our hotel to do our hair and make-up. Daneene will book as many artists as necessary based on the size of your bridal party. Excellent work - highly recommended!

Overall, I was very pleased with the hair and makeup on my wedding day. I had Gina and one assistant and they both did a beautiful job. They were both prompt and very friendly as we were getting ready. I was a little disappointed as far as the admin side of things. Several of my emails to Daneene were misplaced and contained important info regarding the day of the event. I also found myself having to remind her about conversations we had. My biggest surprise was when I was asked for payment in advance of the wedding (yes, this is in the contract, but I admittedly overlooked this part). I have been in several weddings and have never once had to pay the hairdresser in advance. When I am a bridesmaid, I always pay the hairdresser the day of the event. Daneene gave me a balance about 2 weeks before my wedding and I had to ask her how she knew how much to charge me since my bridesmaids wouldn't decide on a hairstyle until the day of the wedding and she charges between $60-75 depending on what they get. Very disorganized.Overall, I would recommend Daneene, but I would highly suggest an organized bride who keeps good records!

All I can say is amazing! Daneene and her assistant, May did my bridesmaids and mother's hair and make up. They came to the venue early to set up and we were so relaxed the morning of since we had ample time to get ready and we didn't have to travel anywhere to get it all done. Daneene continued working despite a slight emergency which forced her to leave early so May did my hair. My hair was above and beyond what I had envisioned and I was so appreciative to Daneene for staying to do my makeup under the circumstances. My now-husband loved that I looked so natural in my make up. I highly recommend Daneene and her crew!

Daneene is such a great person to work with. When I did the makeup trial with her,I really love the result. At the wedding she came right on time and every time I have a Question about anything,she always answer it and definitely help me a lot. I really recommend all bride to be to use her service. Trust me, you'll never get disappointed.

Daneene is wonderful. It was the week before my daughter's wedding and her hair stylist baled. We were in a panic. I called Daneene from reading her reviews and she was FABULOUS!!! She ensured that she had her stylists at the FOUR SEASONS Hotel on time and ready to go. The stylists did an amazing job. The wedding was on the HOTTEST day in July in Center City Philadelphia. Our hair styles held up with all the heat and humidity the whole day and night. Not only were the stylists great, but you can't beat the price. The stylists had 10 heads to do and they were able to accomplish fantastic work in the allotted time. I would reccomend Daneene to any bride, her bridal party and family and friends. The other thing I thought was so wonderful was Daneene followed up to make sure everything went smoothly. Also you can use Paypal to pay which made it very convenient and easy. So THANKS DANEENE!!!

From start to finish it was a great experience working with Daneene! We met for my trial at her house and she did my hair and makeup. She worked off of a picture I had and made it match my style. She was very friendly from the first minute and also very professional. The day of my wedding, she showed up on time and was ready to start working (it was an early start time, and we had 12 girls to get ready!). She has one assistant and everyone was thrilled with their styling and makeup. I would definately recommend Daneene to any bride who wants to look and feel amazing on their wedding day!

Daneene and an assistant provided wedding day makeup and hair services for my bridal party and the mothers of the bride and groom. She did beautiful, natural-looking makeup and hair for all of us, which held up all day (and it was hot and humid). Daneene is very easy to be around and felt like part of the family. She's organized and kept what could have been a stressful morning going smoothly and made it fun. Not inexpensive but well worth the price for the professionalism, ease of having a makeup and hair team at a place of your choice on your wedding day, and the terrific results!

I found Daneene through wedding websites etc and was relatively late in the game booking her (I had no idea how many people booked their artists so far in advance). I was so excited that even though Daneene herself wasn't able to provide the service that day she was able to send three of the other girls to do the hair and makeup for myself, my mom and my 6 bridesmaids. The girls were wonderful, hair and makeup turned out very well, and everyone was really pleased. I had even changed my mind on my hairstyle almost completely from the day of my trial to the wedding day but Michelle took it all in stride and was just happy to make me happy! They manage to deliver a great service and still keep it really affordable which I really appreciated! The girls went above and beyond, were incredibly easy to get along with, and were fun to have around that morning while everyone was getting ready. I was so pleased with how efficient everything was and was pleasantly surprised that we even had some time to spare when we were done! The girls even stuck around for a little while just to be sure no one needed a touch up or anything - they actually even kept an eye on my 8 week old nephew for a few minutes so we could take a few quick pictures while everyone was getting ready, which they did not have to do and we were really grateful for! I will definitely be recommending the service to others!

Daneene was a pleasure to work with. Her and another of her stylists provided hair for my 9 bridesmaids, as well as my hair and make-up. It was alot of people to get through, but they came prepared and stayed right on schedule. They're also fun and relaxed, which was great since they were in our suite when some of the getting ready madness was starting. I loved my hair and make-up, even after it had been about 10 months since I had had my trial with Daneene. The rest of the girls were all pretty happy with their hair, too.

Daneene and her associates were nothing short of amazing to me! I felt very comfortable working with them, and the made the whole process stress free. I was one confused bride and they realy helped me to realize my style and what i wanted to accomplish with my hair and makeup. From the begining to the end I had complete confidence in them, knowing I was in good hands was priceless. The end result was gorgeous, my mother, bridesmaid and myself looked absolutly beautiful!
