The first thought I had was "Less Than Elegant Arrivals." We had purchased the Lincoln Navigator Limo Package and I must say that I was disappointed. First of all, the customer service during the planning stages was so scant that we honestly thought it was a 50/50 chance whether the limo would show up at all. For example, when I called, I heard dogs barking on the background... Although the limo did show up on time, in their defense, we sure were in for a treat. Let's start with the outside appearance of the vehicle.....It had dents, scratches, and scrapes to the exterior paint. That was just the beginning, then I entered the hell that was the interior of the limo. First, the A/C did not work on a day that was over 90 degrees. Second, the carpet was old and gross. Third, there was no drink refrigeration......the beverages were actually cooled by a open tub with ice in it. When the limo picked us up from the wedding ceremony to take us to the reception, the floor was doused with water and ice from the "awesome" tub of water and ice that were used to cool the beverages of Coors Light and bottled water. Last, there was an "added bonus" of the driver throwing down a red carpet for the entrance and exit of the bridal party. While in fact the "carpet" was a "shade" of red, the carpet itself was a rug that looked like it came from the home of a Han dynasty peasant's hut. It is not a red carpet and should be used only to bed a dog house. Honestly, it looked like the limo was the Frankenstein of Lincoln Navigators. Yikes! The driver was very nice though, and it did get us from a to b on time, which was critical.

Elegant arrivals was absolutely horrible. We reserved a trolley for our wedding which broke down. They proceed to call multiple times while we were getting married. After the ceremony, we called back and they said that would be sending a limo in a half hour. Annoyed but understanding we took pictures and waited. An hour and a half later, there was still no limo!!! Luckily our hotel helped us out so we were still able to get pictures. The worst part is they are refusing to refund our money for services that we never received. To add insult to injury when we called after our honeymoon to discuss the matter the owner of the company screamed at my husband, refused to even discuss the matter and hung up on him! This is definitely not someone worthy of your money or the aggravation.

I have no idea why anyone would give this transportation service a bad review. My husband and I booked their services literally 3 weeks before our event. We recieved a very fair price for 5 hours of service plus tip. The driver was really welcoming and helpful. He even got on the phone for 10 minutes to help a guest who was lost. The 14 seat bus was beautiful on the inside, the chairs comfortable and the drives to and from very smooth. I had a very good experience with these business and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Elegant Arrivals.... well, I thought I was getting a good deal and, to be honest, everything went well the day of. But, this company was THE WORST to work with. I couldn't believe when they asked me to call them back when I called regarding details for the transportation for my wedding. They are a good deal and if you are ALL over them about the details, you should be okay. But, it was definately the ONLY source of stress the day of the wedding. I called them 4 times the week of and called the driver twice the day of to make sure he knew what he was doing. The office staff is terrible.

Our limo was nice, but what made the experience horrible was the fact that they COMPLETELY forgot to pick us up...ON MY WEDDING DAY!!!! I had to call THEM and find out where they were, and they were CLUELESS that I was supposed to have a limo that day. The kicker is that they called me to confirm the limo service the day before!! Well then they send out a replacement an HOUR later and I was late for my wedding. Then tried to say that I still owed them money even though I had already been paid up months before. The limo was nice, but the sunroof was broken so I didnt get the picture that I wanted with me and my groom out the window. The heat was broken, so we were freezing the entire way to the church (When he finally showed up). We requested red carpet service...never got it!! Then when I called to complain about the service a few weeks later, They were pretty much like "well what do you want us to do?". ARE YOU SERIOUS??????? So then to "make up" for their mistakes, he said that they would send us a gift card to a restaurant and free limo service to the dinner. Well when we got the cards in the mail, it was for $25 for the restaurant (thats what? one meal??) and the supposed "free limo" service was only if we were going to use the limo for over 8 hours. It doesnt take 8 hours to eat dinner!!!!!!! These guys are the worse.

Well, I'm glad to see I'm not the first person to rate this vendor. Its been two months since my wedding and this company STILL makes my blood boil. I am, however, glad to see that someone got to use the Lincoln Navigator - it broke down on the side of the road with all the groomsmen in their tuxes (after they were late to show up and then went in the wrong direction). The photographer had to drive the groom and a few of the groomsmen to the church and an out of town guest had to come pick the rest up. Then, they didn't provide replacement transportation soon enough so the makeup artist had to drive the bride while other bridesmaids had to find their own way to the church. At least they showed up with a replacement vehicle to go to the reception, but note, with the bride giving them directions as the bridesmaids were in the processional! The kicker is, they wouldn't even speak to me to resolve the issue. The only way I got my money back was to dispute the charges with my credit card - and even then I didn't get my deposit back.
So then during the reception I contracted them to provide transportation between the reception hall and the hotel. I had a 5 hour contract but told them I would need 6 and that I needed to change the contract. Well, an hour before the reception was supposed to end, the driver starts telling all the guests it was his last run back to the hotel! I was furious. DO NOT BOOK THIS PEOPLE! Check the better business bureau website too!

This business is very prompt and accomodating. They offered a discount because we chose more than one form of transportation for our wedding day/night. Only thing I had to ask for was a contract because one was not provided at first. I would recommend this company to anyone.

There is nothing elegant about this company. i paid ahead of time full cost with tip...big mistake. the limo was disgusting...stains...broken..loud...fumes...sticky...i was so embarrased. not only that but when we were dropped off the driver forgot to take the bouquets out of the trunk and refused to come back to drop them off!!!! BEWARE!

This is a horrible company to deal with. They did not show up on time to pick up the groom and groomsmen then got lost going from dropping off groom/groomsmen to the bride's house (they were given exact and accurate instructions how to do so). Then the air conditioning didn't work. The beverages were warm. There was NOT enough room to fit everyone in the limo (we had a lincoln navigator limo) even though we had less than the maximum capacity. The limo was not clean. On top of it all there were hidden fees they tried charging us with and charged our credit card with more than we had an agreement for. Owner was very rude and was yelling at the groom when called about the hidden fees and refunding $ for the a/c etc. Definitely would not recommend ever. We are in the process of getting this professionally dealt with

Oh where do I begin with Elegant Arrivals....The driver was prompt to arrive at my parents home. We had rented a stretch Escalade (I believe). Part of the "glamour" of the package was a "red carpet" HAHAHAHA...the "red carpet" was a grungy garage mat that you pick up from NAPA Auto Parts or something. No biggie just gave us a laugh. Ok, now it's time to get in the vehicle in my huge wedding dress. The door frame was covered in dirt and grease, which resulted in dirt on the front of my dress. Do you think the driver offered to help out in anyway...nah he just stood there. The inside of the vehicle was DISGUSTING. Weird stains on the upholstery and duct tape holding something together. The AC didn't work in the bag, so needless to say we were a little warm. On the way to the church the driver got lost, and my bridesmaid gave him directions to the church. Elegant Arrivals had been given very specific directions to the church weeks in advance, but we got there.
By now you are probably thinking...oh what minor little things...
HERE'S THE BEST PART OF THIS WHOLE STORY.....On our way to the reception, the vehicle BROKE DOWN at a major intersection. Some of the best pictures in my wedding album are standing on the side of a major road watching my new husband and his groomsmen try and fix the vehicle. The driver was calling someone on his phone. Oh and the groomsman was the one who went and bought the antifreeze. My husband and his buddies are Marines and work on million dollar military vehicles, but no luck with the Escalade. So, guests from our reception came and picked us up and there we left the driver with the crap car on the side of the road.
Now, you would think any REPITABLE business would be on the phone apologizing immensely. Not Elegant Arrivals, we didn't hear from them for a few days following my wedding. The owner acted as if he had no idea any of this had occurred. The service was never finished because we never made it to our reception. Now I don't know about you, but usually if a service isn't satisfactory there is usually some refund of money. Not from ELEGANT ARRIVALS, however they did offer us a $100 off our next rental.....geeee thanks!
