Ken has done weddings for almost all of my husband and I's friends and family so when we got engaged we called him right away and booked him even before knowing where everything was going to take place! (We knew what date we wanted no matter what.) Ken was great, he answered all of our questions and I never had an issue getting a hold of him. He was fabulous to work with all day and kept us laughing. He stayed until the very end of the night and even got some last minute footage of my husband and his fraternity brothers singing to me. Our BIG video was a hit for all of our guests and it's great being able to share it with people who couldn't make the wedding. A lot of people think that the fact that he takes a while to get your video back to you is some type of wedding crime, but I know that he is going to make it wonderful and the BIG video is just fine until it comes in. I'd rather watch a great highlight of my wedding while its fresh in my mind and watch the whole video in a few years!

(October 2010 Wedding at the Crane Arts Center)Working with Kenneth and his team was a breeze! They not only did an amazing job capturing our day and mixing it super quickly into a fabulous 5 Minute "Big Wedding Show" to be shown at the reception (which my husband and I watched again and again every day of our honeymoon), but they did it all without being noticed! I would highly recommend using Kenneth for all your wedding video needs. *****UPDATE****** Has anyone actually received their video from this guy? Or noticed that the name is changed to BOB's Wedding Videos....what the heck is going on? Did he change it in an attempt to hide the fact that SO many people are complaining about his lack of customer service and bs about actually getting people their videos?

My husband and I met with Ken about 11 months before our wedding and right off the bat, I knew his work was ART! The week prior to our wedding, Ken called just to review the logistics for my wedding (this calmed my wedding nervousness). On the day of our wedding, Ken's cousin, Lynn, arrived early (love when people are early!) and set-up shop and was videotaping within minutes. Lynn was calming, funny, and so down to earth that she made it easy for me to be myself infront of the camera. She captured all of our funny moments and even the sentimental moments during the bridal prep. She then headed over to the church, set-up over there and filmed our mass. during our recpetion, Lynn kept the camera rolling and even survived the madness of our guests dancing until 11 p.m. when our recpetion ended. I have been at weddings where the photographer leaves after the cake cutting ...but not KSV!I can't thank your team enough for all of their hard work and we can't wait to see the production of our wedding!

Mr. Stillman is not a professional by any means. He is a THIEF takes your money and delivers no video. He did my step-daughters wedding and almost a year later no video. I had to go to his house under the assumption that I wanted to have him video my wedding, he was surely ready to take my money though. I had to go back with the police to get the raw video and chase him arouund. I can not believe no one has taken legal action, which is our next step. Hopefully this guy will deliver the final video but he surely deserves no endorsement of any kind except for being a THIEF and DiSHONEST PERSON.

DO NOT HIRE KENNETH STILLMAN!!! I was married in October 2010 and it is now October 2011 and I have yet to recieve my video! This so called 'business' is far from professional. I have emailed, left numerous voicemails and reported him to the BBB and I still have not gotten any response out of him. He has our money and one of the most important memories of our lives and does not have the common courtsey and business professionalism to deliver what was promised! Worst experience ever. Please research him and move on to someone else or you will miss out on one of the greatest memories of your life!

It has been 13 Months since he did our wedding. The contract said he would have the video to us in 6 months. Everything on the day was good, etc. At the end of the wedding he said " Since I had so much fun here, I am going to do the full edit for free" Great I thought.. well its been over a year, and we have to send MANY emails to even get a response. Well he finally did respond to my wife with a nasty email saying "I told you it would take time to do the full edit for free, but if you want the raw video I will send it out Monday" We told him we did want that, just what we paid for. That was two months ago. Well yesterday after many emails to him saying I would have to take him to court I did file. I sent an email today telling him this and within 10 minutes we had several emails from him... here are some of his quotes after telling him we were sueing "That's a shame because I went ahead and had my editors do your video anyway. If you would prefer the raw files over the final edited video then so be it. Ken""Well, I thought I would do it anyway. Once again I am proven that you can't do anything nice for a client because it always goes unappreciated. You shall receive what was contracted and nothing more. I hope you know how to edit video.""Good luck. Did you know that Laura never signed the contract? I think it's gonna be hard to sue over a contract that you never signed.""I am burning your raw footage right now. You will have to sign for them as proof that you got them. And then we will be done. I am sorry I tried to be a nice guy and do something for free. Stupid of me. Ken"Guess what everyone.. this is NOT how he/they were BEFORE we paid them.... BEWARE OF THIS GUY!If you would like me to forward you the emails, or you would like to ask me questions, leave your email and I will send them.

I called Ken as a last minute decision and was lucky that he was able to provide his services. I checked out his website and was pleased with the product of his BIG SHOW and looked forward to working with him. His crew arrived on time and by the end of the night we had our recap videos in hand. It was a real treat to watch the past 24 hours played out in front of us. At the time it was the best decision I have ever made... to have a videographer and one as talented as Ken & Co. My husband soon after our wedding deployed and I replayed/relived that day by watching our video. I was so excited to see what Ken could do with the 'finished product' if the 5 minute recap was so excellent. HOWEVER: We waited, and waited, in much anticipation for our video to arrive in the mail. We were under contract to receive it within 6 months. Six months came and went. We had given him calls, emails etc and still not a word from him and his 'team.' I find this extremely unprofessional and would have chosen differently if I would have know this was going to happen. It now is 14 months and I have not heard a word from ANYONE! I just hoping to receive something... praying... even though it seems like I'm only dreaming. He has stolen our money and memories! I have chosen to get a video of our big day to capture moments we may have missed, forgotten, and what to relive. This is especially important to me NOW more than EVER after my beloved grandfather has passed away. We did an anniversary dance with them dancing, celebrating 55 years together. Over the past years he had been suffering from Parkinson's Disease, and promised to make our wedding and dance with me and my grandmother. A very touching moment for everyone. One in which I would like to share again at his memorial service. -If KEN would LET ME! FYI TO NEW BRIDES: Please do not get wrapped up in the excitement of your new video etc! Please wait until your vendors COMPLETE their tasks/JOBS in-order to reflect a proper review! SUMMARY: DO NOT HIRE KENNETH STILLMAN UNLESS YOU CAN WAIT UNTIL THE END OF TIME FOR YOUR FINAL 'BIG SHOW' VIDEO! VERY FEW PEOPLE HAVE THAT LONG TO WAIT! GOOD LUCK TO YOU, 14 MONTHS (AND COUNTING) IS WAY TOO LONG, ESPECIALLY NOT HEARING A WORD FROM HIS 'PROFESSIONAL TEAM' DURING THIS WHOLE WICKED PROCESS!

DO NOT USE HIM!! He is a liar, a cheat and you will NEVER get your video. We were married in early 2010 and are still waiting. He is unethical, does not return your phone calls, or answer your emails; he has his assistant sometimes respond. He claims to have personal problems and aplogizes (every now and then), yet he is still actively taking on new business showcased on his blog. He promises you your video every 30 days or every 60 days for months and months and obvioulsy doesn't deliver.

Ken and his team were great. We love our BIG video and he even came through when our bestman was ill and had to tape his speech! He played it on an 80 inch screen and it felt like he was right there. It was great.

Kenneth Stillman is a crook! Do not hire him to capture your wedding day. He basically stole $1500 from us and we received NOTHING from him. No telephone calls. No emails. NOTHING!

My husband and I were married one year ago, and still have not received our edited wedding video. We have sent numerous emails trying to get an estimated date of arrival, but have only gotten one response, listing reasons as to why the video production has been delayed. I understand that personal issues arise and outside factors play a role, but only to a certain extent.I WAS pleased with his professionalism during the day, and with the fact that he was quite unobtrusive throughout our ceremony and reception. I will update when I get my video, to denote a finalized turn around time.

DO NOT USE KENNETH STILLMAN. My wedding was 10/31/09 and I still don't have my wedding video. He never responds to emails or phone calls. Of course we had to pay him in full and I still have NO idea when I will receive my video. He is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. I will also be reporting him to the BBB. I will attempt to take legal action and at least get my money refunded. I have a feeling I will never get my video. This is a day in my life that I really wanted captured. I am completely devasated at the outcome.

This guy is horrible! Talks a good game and showed up on time but since my wedding over a year ago my wife has only heard from him a couple times regarding our video. We never got the montage he promised and he tells us every few weeks that it will take another few weeks to get our video. It's been over 14 months buddy...you suck! Do not waste your time on this guy he is very unreliable and I am reporting him to BBB!

My then fiance and I fell in love with Ken's sample videos. We hired him and spoke to him a few times before the wedding.Our wedding was in the summer of 09, we didn't receive our video until Fall 2010. The heartache dragged on and on. We were asked a few months after our wedding to choose music for the video, and it would take 60-90 days from that point to complete the editing.Spring came and went, as did the next several months. We tried contacting multiple times, and we didn't receive any calls or emails back until we started getting nasty. Our 1st anniversary flew by, and we were extremely disappointed that we didn't get the video.We contemplated contacting the BBB, but were afraid it would upset him more and it would compromise the quality of our only wedding video, which we had already paid for in full.Components that we were paid for in full (raw footage) was not included and was 14 months overdue. We finally got the raw footage 15 months after we were married.We finally started getting emails from his sister regarding our video being shipped, but when we followed up after a few days she would state "oh, its being shipped for real this time." So much false hope! We received apologies for the delay, but it was beyond acceptable at that point.I would not recommend this vendor, it was not worth the wait.

I used Kenneth Stillman for my wedding on 7/11/09 and did not receive my video yet. He stated in an email to my wife that he was working on July weddings in January. He has not returned a phone call or my follow up email from a week ago.
