McCall Golf & Country Club

McCall Golf & Country Club is a hidden GEM in Upper Darby! Lisa was simply amazing; she was always prompt in responding to our many questions and requests and was very flexible and accommodating to all of our special requests and needs. NO was not in her vocabulary. We felt confident in our decisions and eager to celebrate our special day at McCall. Chef Bill was equally responsive and open to our needs and very specific desires and really delivered a fabulous culinary experience. The planning process with Lisa and Chef added to our enthusiasm before our big day and the outcome EXCEEDED our expectations. Our Guests were surrounded by the McCall team during our reception and we were told over and over again by family and friends that is was THE BEST reception they have attended. We wanted our Guests to be 'wanting more' when the event came to an end....and sure enough that is what happened. The only regret we have is that the celebration went waaaaaay too fast and was over before we knew it. We have recommended McCall to others and at least one friend has selected McCall for their daughter's wedding. We look forward to returning to McCall for future events because of the wonderful experience they created! 'Thank You' doesn't seem sufficient when expressing our gratitude. Look around and search other venues - it's only natural - but be sure to come back to McCall if you desire quality, value, friendly and a wonderful experience! Thanks to the entire McCall TEAM!

We loved every moment and have the best memories to last a lifetime and it's all thanks to Bob Casler and his amazing staff at McCall! From the moment Bob and I met I knew my husband and I were in good hands. His professional, yet warm personality and management style were just what we were looking for and the facility was beautiful inside and out. As the months progressed working with Bob to arrange our special day was effortless and reassuring. Every time I sent a new detail or a change in plans, Bob and Lisa Mills let me know it was received and taken care of. While I felt like planning our wedding, with Bob and Lisa's help and guidance, was a something I could handle, the week before the actual day was a whole other experience. I was suddenly nervous about the plans and couldn't sleep thinking about every detail. Talking to Bob and Lisa at McCall put me at ease though because I knew we were in good hands. All our hard work was handled with precision and care and I have Bob and Lisa to thank for that. I can't thank them enough for helping to make my dream wedding a reality. I know what it's like to be the manager in this situation but being the bride was new and kind of scary at times. On our wedding day, when I woke up that morning, I did not have any stress whatsoever. I was completely cool and relaxed because I knew the amazing staff at McCall were taking care of us in every way. Whether my cake arrived or if the flowers looked ok were not on my mind because I knew I had Bob and Lisa on the other side of things looking out for us. Arriving at McCall was almost like coming home. It felt so comfortable being there during the planning and now it was the actual day we had planned for throughout all those months and I was just as comfortable. We were treated so well by the staff while we waited with refreshments, kind words, and best of all, smiles! Our ceremony was outside on the grounds and the scene could not have been more perfect! The grove of trees that we were married in provided shade and a breeze for us that was heaven on a warm May day. The amazing pictures from our photographer are proof of McCall's care and dedication to their beautiful facility both inside and out. The "Sun Porch" for our Cocktail Hour and the window-lined dining room for our Reception were beautifully set-up, spotlessly clean, and picturesque for a celebration so important to so many people. Throughout our event, the entire staff was so professional yet welcoming that it has to be said, they made our wedding better! When I came down and was getting ready to walk out to the ceremony, the staff was watching from the sun porch and beaming with smiles. It honestly put me at ease to see them supporting our wedding because I was in their shoes once and I remember how happy I was for the bride just before she walked down the aisle. I was not your typical bride because of working on the other side for so many years and it was great to have the staff there with me just before the big moment of "I do". Even after the ceremony, during pictures, introductions, and throughout the evening, Bob, Lisa, and the staff were so attentive and helpful that we had an amazing wedding. The food was outstanding and my husband and I, both chefs ourselves, have the utmost respect and gratitude for Chef Bill and his team. My family and friends are still talking about how great our wedding was and how beautiful and professional the facility was. They compliment the food, service, and atmosphere every time the conversation is about our wedding. Thank you Thank you Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making our wedding a dream come true and something that my husband and I will never forget. The smiles on our faces in our pictures are a true testiment of McCall's skills and the efforts of their talented team. We will not be strangers in the up coming years, baby showers, batisms, etc. :) I recommend this facility and this amazing team of professionals to all brides and for all occasions not just for weddings; showers, luncheons, rehearsal dinners. There's nothing that MCall can't do better than the rest!

We had our wedding reception at McCall in April and we loved it!! The service was great, the food was delicious - everyone raved about it! We were so happy with everything. The golf course was great for pictures. I definitely recommend McCall!

Facility was very reasonable in price; they worked to accomodate your every need; the golf course made for some beautiful pictures; and the food was great! All the guests thought the facility was a hidden gem! Thanks!
