All I can say is the photograher worked his butt off for me! He showed up on time, was everywhere I was and kept me rejuvenated when my batteries started to run down. My wedding was 5 days ago and Jack Benesch went beyond his duties to make me happy and to ensure that he got every shot! I cannot wait to see my pictures!

This place is horrible!! I went to David's bridal and was introduced to their photography company that they work with and because I was so tired of shopping around, I settled for this place. This company has changed their name a number of times. First it was Lindell's Photography, then MJS photography, and now Timeless Images. Don't be fooled by them working with David's bridal. The photographer was so lazy and unoriginal. He spent most of the night sitting in the back by the open bar. I had a package of unlimited shots and only ended up with 600 photos, I should have had 1000's of shots. He didn't give me any creative or modern shots that many new photographers use now. Just plain and simple poses and portraits. The videographer was a little better, but when I received my DVD, they edited the video horribly. First our names were wrong. We are Vanessa and Bryant and they put Christopher and Jessica. Then the editing was choppy and horribly done. It was horrible. Their customer service is also terrible, when I called to complain about the wrong names, they were helpful and just sounded like they didn't want to bother with re-editing the video. I can't say it enough... DO NOT USE THESE VENDORS. they try and bribe you with "GREAT PACKAGES AND DEALS" but IT'S NOT WORTH IT.

The photographer they sent was great. Trying to get a response AFTER you fully pay the contract was hell. My photos were not retouched like they claimed they would be and a good chunk that were taken the way they cropped them the images looked off center and screwed up. They are the cheapest photo studio I found and I know exactly why.

Our contact person for MJS Studio was very responsive and tentative to our needs. The same CANNOT be said for the rest of the staff. Not only did they charge us double, they did it with out our consent. They took it upon themselves to charge our account with out authorization. When called on it their only response was " Its not our problem"
We finally got it all straightened out the still did not feel it was their problem.
The photographer "Sal" was rude and nasty. Yelling at 2 yr olds for not staying still.
So would I recommend them.......NO!!!!!!

I had a terrible time working with MJS, even filed a complaint with the better Business Bureau; however, nearly two months after the wedding they finally got their act together, said they made some serious changes, I wouldn't risk it though.

We used MJS Studio's since they were recommended through David's Bridal. I found them to be very hard to get in touch with either through e-mail or voice mails that I left for them at the corporate offices. We were promised a photographer and a back-up photographer. Only 1 showed the day of the wedding.
That being said...I am extremely pleased with the job that Millie did for us. She showed up 2 hrs before the ceremony to take the posed shots that I requested. After those were done, Millie did her best to stay out of the way. She took the table shots as requested and then took candid photos the rest of the evening. She showed us a few of the shots that she took and we are EXTREMELY pleased with what we saw.
Although I would probably not recommend the company to others, I would always recommend my photographer.
Since my wedding was just 2 days ago, I do not know how long it will take me to receive the pictures. I do however have Millie's number and can certainly call her if need be,

WE WERE TOLD UPTO 9 HOURS OF VIDEO AND 2 PHTOGRAPHERS WE GOT 1 VIDEO AND 1 PHTOGRAPHER ALTHOUGH THE PHOTOGRAPHER DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB THERE VIDEO`S WERE LACKING IN KNOLEDGE AND SKILL AND DID NOT COVER THE WHOLE WEDDING. WE WERE ALSO PROMISED 1 CHOSEN PHOTO FOR EACH GUEST, NOW WHEN WE VIEWED OUR PHOTOS ONLINE THEY ARE ALL LOW RESOLUTION WITH THERE COMPANY NAME AS WATER MARKS ACROSS THE PICTURES. THEY THEN TOLD ME THAT WE GET ON CD LOW RESOLUTION WITH THE COMPANY NAME WATER MARKS ACROSS THE PICTURES WITH ALL THE PICTURES THIS WAS ON A CD AND A VIDEO DVD. IF I WANTED THE HIGH RESLUTION DVD OF MY PICTURES I HAVE TO BUY THE RIGHTS FOR ANOTHER $500 THEN THEY WILL SEND ME A HIGH RESOLUTION DVD OF MY PICTURES WITHOUT THE WATER MARK LOGOS AND A DVD OF MY WEDDING WITH NO PICTURES INCLUDED. I WAS ALSO TOLD I COULD ORDER PHTOS ONLINE AT APPOX. $10 AND UP PER PICTURE. SO BOTTOM LINE SEMI PROFESSIONAL PICTURES LOW QUALITY VIDEOGRAPHER. This company has been spamming my e-mail box for MONTHS. I try to reply to tell them that we already have a photographer booked for our wedding, and guess what? I get an e-mail back stating that their mailbox is full. FULL. Probably from all the people who write back to complain about the SPAMMING!
If you go to their website, there's not even a correct e-mail address to contact them... but conveniently, there's a "Make a Payment" button. Totally unprofessional.

We were very pleased with our photographer. MJS kept us in the loop months ahead of our wedding date, always sending us reminders..We were nervous to meet our photographer because we never met him (only spoke on the phone). He arrived extra early, very nice, professional, calm..We haven't seen the pictures yet, but I am very happy with the shots he took, and his patience.

This company is HORRIBLE. Please do not use them. They sent the biggest creep of a guy to my wedding who keep freaking me out watching me get dressed. He even got a shot of my tattoo some how when i dont remember him asking to take it. ( its on my lower back) He spent the whole day refusing to listen to me and take the kinds of photos that i wanted. Telling me he knew what he was doing and this was the best way. I wanted silly picutres of my friends running down a hill or laying in the grass or playing like charlies angles and stuff but all he kept doing was fanning out my train and asking the guys to put their hands in their pockets for these more formal shots. Then if that was not bad enough once at the reception he actually interrupted the 3 most important moments in the wedding to make me litterly say cheese!! ( my first dance, cutting the cake and toss of the flowers) I guess i could of forgiven these things if the photos came out well but they were AWFUL out of 600 photos i would of wanted mybe 25 of them. It was a shame how bad they came out. I am now in the middle of a huge battle with them over getting some kind of a refund from them. Ive had to contact the BBB, and two local news stations as well at the ATT. Gen for my area in order to get them to even answer any emails i sent to them. Then after going on to many web sites like this and leaving them negitive reviews they threatend to bring me to court for deffimation of caracter and false accuasations! ohhh id love for them to bring me to court i can show a judge how lousy of a company they are to take advantage of all of us brides on what should be the happiest day of our lives. DOOOO NOOOT USE THEM!!

Our wedding was back in Sept. We've had nothing but problems since signing MJS as our photogragher in jan 09. The sales person that sold us the package was "new" so the manager stated that everything she told us was incorrect and they wanted us to sign a new contract. When we finally got her to keep to our already signed contract they wanted us to pay our deposits and payments on a different pay rate then what we signed for. Then when it came to the day of our wedding our photographer was HORRIBLE. He was old and had no idea how to photograph at a wedding. We were told that we'd have an MJS employee shot our wedding and did not know that we'd have a freelance who had no samples of his work for us to see. He had to be told how to pose people as well as getting the best shots. I (the bride) had to tell him where we wanted shots evethough i had it all laid out in the schedule this "mjs" company sent us as well as him. I also asked for a photjouralist and standard wedding pics and this guy had no idea how to get all the details that i requested from a photojournalist perseptive. MJS stated we'd have a photographer and an assistant to get all aspects of the wedding and only Hy showed. He didnt' even keep to schedule of pictures we wanted to be taken. Also it started drizzling and he froze. He had no idea how to address this change in status. He also took duplicate pictures of everything so of the "700" he said he took we only have 350 to choose from...when we finally got to look at our photos 7 weeks after the wedding online, the pics aren't great. Our kiss had to be restaged at the end b/c he "missed it". Also our dj had to stall multiple times b/c the photographer had to replace his card...so tell me why doesn't a professional photographer have a big enough card to take 1 wedding...my personal camera has a 4gig card that could have handled the wedding pics. I would not recommend them to anyone. I spent a good amount of money on this wedding photographer when some of my family and friends pics are better from that day.
And the company over all is ridiculous. YOu have to do all the work yourself. I'm still having to pick out the pics for the album when i was told that they would put one together for me and send it out and i could edit it 1 month after the wedding and its now 4 months and after multiple emails and phone calls i finally get told that i have to do all the leg work. If i wanted to do that i would have just gotten the dvd with copyright and gone and done my album at snapfish or something like that. ITs been nothing but a run around and very disapointing look back on my wedding day. I would not recommend MJS to anyone. And all of my friends getting married in the next year are already aware of this horrible experience.
The one saving grace from all of this is MIKE TYLER. He is a freelance videographer who was awesome. I would recommend him to anyone and have to a few friends getting married. I'm sorry he is associated with such a bad company. He was the best and what he captured makes up somewhat for the horrible photographer experience.

photos and photographer and corporation in general 0/5 horrible experience and i'm not even done with them yet..still waiting for my album, selected pics and dvd that they said they can't mail to me until i finish the album...bullshit..i paid for it...i have a right to my pics..they are mine.
videographer and editing done to the video...great...would recommmend them

I loved my photographer (Kate) and I loved my videographer. They were both on time and they were very nice. If I had to use a photographer/videographer again I would go straight through them instead of going to the company. We paid about $3100 for videography and photography (unlimited pictures on a cd and a 50 page album). We got married in September and still haven't got our pictures back yet. I was very satisfied until after the wedding. Initially we were told that we will receive our pictures back in a month. Then we received our proofs last week and we selected the pictures that we want for our album. We had a phone meeting with a man named Josh a couple of days ago and he was showing us images on the computer of how our album will look. So we were really excited until he throws in at the end that we will have to pay an extra $350. I explained to him that we were told that everything was included in the price that we paid. Well since the images were "photoshop images" they were going to cost more. I then asked him to have a supervisor call me. Nobody had the deceny to return my call so I called up the company and they are telling me there is nothing that they can do for us. When I spoke to the lady on the phone she said it was going to be a total of 14 weeks before we get our pictures back. In total that will be 6 months that we waited for our pictures. That is ridiculous. The customer service is by far the worst that I have ever experienced. I was satisfied with every single one of my vendors except for them! I wish somebody would have warned me beforehand or better yet I should have done more research before I chose them.

I got married on August 22, 2009 and still have not received my wedding pictures. The employees that work there are extremely rude and not helpful at all. Its been 6 months and they still cannot give me a straight answer on when I will receive my pictures. I would never recommend this company to any friends or family members due to the lack of professionalism.

Got married in Aug 2009, after 10 months and over $1800, still NO photos. All of the reps are rude, unaccommodating and very unprofessional. Even the managers Ilene and Mary Richards are very rude and money hungry! Once they have your money, you won't hear from them, they're either on vacation, in a meeting, or away from the phone. They won't even THINK about giving me a refund and told me that it can take up to 20 weeks after the consultation (which took 10 weeks to finally approve) to get my photos back! Biggest SCAM EVER!

I'm very pleased with the quality of our pictures, however not so please with management... It was hard to schedule appointments and receive answers to our questions in time. Couple times when the appointment was scheduled we (accidentally!!) found out that manager wasn't in the location, and he just forgot to let us know... Even though the location was not convenient for us at all...
We have viewed our pictures online, but haven't received albums yet - hope there will be no problem... So far everything is fine.
Overall, I might recommend MJS to those who are looking for nice pictures and value for money, but who is also ready to control every step of the process (from signing the contract to the moment when you receive everything you paid for). Value for money was very tempting, and the manager was very persuasive, but once we signed contract there was no way back, so we did get nervous couple times... At the end, everything turned out good, but this company is definitely not for "bridezillas" and those who is inclined to panic :-)

Everyone was gloomy becaue of the rain and our photographer Dave Creighton went above and beyond to make my husband and I smile as well as some family members that were trying to ruin our photos! The next event we need a photographer for, we want Dave Creighton! Even the guest loved him!

Our photographer had no teeth and was very raunchy. Our guests gave more suggestions for poses than he did. The price started our very reasonable...BUT then it was $400 for the copyright--the package came with a 50 photo album and for $400 you can get a 200 photo album, which we did, little do they tell you that they cram all the pictures onto 20 pages--oh and if you want any photo shopping it is $25-45 PER PICTURE! The album layout was so ugly and sloppy--I could have done a better job without any background in photography! The pages had 8 photos crammed onto the page and they were not even in sequence. This was the biggest let down and disappointment--I was willing to let go the fact that the photographer was very rough looking and hit on my MOM the whole night but I would not recommend these so called professionals to my worst enemy.
