I ordered some extra candle favors from New Memories. Debi was incredibely responsive and the order shipped very quickly. When I contacted Debi with some packaging issues she worked quickly to have it rectified and new pieces shipped out to me quickly. They were a pleasure to work with.

Upon delivery of our favors we noticed that the wrong color was sent. Debbi & her husband went above & beyond to try to rectify the problem w/ the manufacturer. (The manufacturer neglected to tell anyone that they discontinued the color I originally ordered). The high level of customer service I received was impeccable!
