Rich Posmontier Ensemble

My husband and I were initially debating about a band or DJ for our July 2011 wedding. After receiving a list of recommended vendors from the country club where we were having our reception, we found Rich's band. After we heard them at their showcase, we knew we had to book them! We thought that they would be great, but they truly were phenomenal. They even took the time to learn several songs that meant a lot to my husband and myself to make the night even more special. They bring such energy to the dance floor and they get everyone dancing (I mean EVERYONE! Grandparents, great aunts and uncles, etc!) within the first few beats of the very first song. We've had so many complements about our reception, starting with the band. We keep getting asked for the band name from our guests to pass on to their friends and family planning weddings in the future! We've been told over and over by our guests that Rich Posmontier was the best band that they have ever seen or heard at a wedding! So in short, if they are available for your date, BOOK THEM NOW! :) We are so happy we did!

Rich was suggested by a friend who had seen him play at weddings. I live in NY where a band does cost and arm and a leg- and they don't even let you see them play live before booking them! Of course, Rich welcomed us to a wedding in Philly (with the couples approval of course!) and my husband and I drove down and checked them out. It didn't take but 5 minutes to decide this band was it. The dance floor was practically shaking! From the beginning Rich was so helpful- Its definitely a plus that you get to talk to the bandleader who actually comes to your wedding- and not a party planner. I told Rich I wanted everyone dancing. That is exactly what happened. EVERYONE told us how great the band was....even now months later! They learned a few special request- some Ben Folds, some Pearl Jam- so totally accommodating! Music will make your wedding and a good band leader keeps everything running smoothly- Rich allowed us to enjoy ourselves rather than worry about the flow of the evening! The Rich Posmontier Ensemble was a great choice for us!

I honestly can't say enough positive things about the Rich Posmontier Ensemble. Our dance floor was PACKED from the first set through midnight, and several of our guests raved about how awesome the band was. Their versatility in music is great - they played everything from Bon Jovi to Michael Jackson to Lady Gaga to Leann Rimes to Gnarles Barkley and all of it WELL. Honestly, everyone from my great aunt (who's 80) to my friends from college were up dancing. We can’t thank them enough for making our wedding the spectacular celebration that we wanted it to be.

The Rich Posmontier Ensemble was very accomodating and their music selection is on point. I had a lovely wedding ceremony with their perfect pitches and tones solemnly singing in the background. I wish I could take them home with me in an MP3 player and have it played at the home. Thanks guy, I will be recommending you to my friends and family!

The Rich Posmontier Ensemble played at my wedding at the Rittenhouse Hotel in June 2010. They were fabulous -- these guys are high-quality musicians, not your typical cheesy wedding act. What really set them apart was their range -- they do everything from rock to soul. They kept the crowd dancing all night, and I got many compliments after the wedding about how great the band was. The band learned several new songs for us, including one I requested on very short notice. My husband and I looked at a bunch of wedding bands in the Philly area, and the Rich Posmontier Ensemble blew everyone else away. They lived up to all of our expectations on our wedding day.

The Rich Posmontier Band made my wedding. From the moment the reception began, my guests danced non stop. They were amazing! All of my guests raved about how much they loved them. I have recommended them to several other friends getting married in the Philly area. Belive me -- you cant got worng with them! Their music selection incredible and more importantly they know how to keep the party going!!

I was extremely pleased with Rich and his band. They took care of us from day 1, and made our party fabulous. We even added extra time to our wedding at the end of the night. Our dance floor was tiny but the band had everyone up dancing. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Rich was incredible. They were very accommodating to all of our requests, including learning a Pearl Jam song for my husband! We had hundreds of compliments on the band, and a couple people even hired them for their own events on the spot. I would recommend them to anyone!!

This is the best wedding band you can ever hire. I promise. We had them for our own Hudson Valley wedding after seeing them perform at a friend's Philly wedding. Even with the travel costs, their price was still lower than NY-area bands of the same size and caliber. SO many people told us this was the best wedding band they ever saw. A rockin party and so much fun. Also easy to work with. Sometimes calling is better than emailing if you want an immediate response, but I would NOT pass up the chance to hire this amazing band for your wedding. Also, they did our ceremony/cocktail hour too, and were very flexiible in helping us personalize the whole night with music we wanted!

The Rich Posmontier Ensemble was absolutely fantastic! They played at my sister's wedding, and after seeing nearly every member of my family on the dance floor, I knew we wanted them for our wedding. They read the crowd just perfectly and kept them energized and dancing from the moment dinner ended until the show wrapped up! A definite recommendation.

We had some extra money left over from our budget, and so we decided to get some live music!They were very professional and sounded great. We were very please overall with them. nice to work !
