I can't say enough about this caterer. We were confident they would be great, but even then, they exceeded our exectations.!!! Terry Fair goes the extra mile to ensure you are comfortable with everything, it is clear she has an emotional investment with her clients and takes great pride in ensuring that everything goes as planned and no detail is left out! Our guests raved, raved and raved again about their food! Our event was at Cairnwood... and Robert Fair knows Cairnwood well and certainly serves this beautiful venue very, very well. Their professionalism and responsiveness is awesome, any call or email I placed to them was answered promptly! In addition to the quality of food they served, we felt their food and service was very well priced. We would definitely use their services again, as well as recommend them to all! Thank you Terry and Kerry for making our day that much more spectacular!

Absolutely perfect venue for the couple envisioning the most beautiful natural but classy setting for their wedding day and an absolutely fabulous family-oriented team who takes great pride in making your day exceptionally perfect! Terri & "Pop-Pop" (Robert Fair) paid attention to every detail we requested along with suggestions that reflected their expertise. Everyone was etremely accomodating and seemed genuinely happy to have us and our guests there. My husband and I had the priviledge of seeing the Manor House prior to all the restoration and renovations that have transformed it into an even more whimsical site that seems to get better every time we visit!

I can't say enough great things about Robert Fair Caterers! I just had my wedding at Cairnwood this September, and because of their hard work, this event went flawlessly. From the moment we met at the tasting, I knew Terri and Kerry Fair were true professionals who knew what they were doing in the wedding field. The 5 course tasting was unbelievable, and showcased how they would handle the main event. Working with Terri was such a dream. She made planning this day so easy, and her professionalism made me feel like I was the only bride she was working with. She tailored everything to my needs and wants, and on the day of the event she was such an amazing help. She really was my wedding planner, and I felt so taken care of. I did all my own flowers and decorations, and Terri set them up with love and care so I could enjoy my day. She really makes you feel so special. I haven't even mentioned the food yet! It is delicious!! My guests are still talking about it!!! We did stations and it just made the night so much fun! Kerry made sure to accommodate everything we asked for in the menu, and they have so many amazing choices to choose from. If you want a caterer who will take care of you, treat you with a special finesse, and make your day go smoothly Robert Fair is it! They are a family owned business, and the love and care shows!!

Robert Fair Caterers catered our wedding, held on August 20, 2011 at Cairnwood Estates. Working with Terri Fair was like having our own wedding planner. She was professional and courteous and knew exactly what needed to be done. The food was delicious and the wait staff did an excellent job. Terri stayed the entire wedding day, from set up to take down, and made sure that everything ran smoothly. We can’t compliment them enough. I doubt that anyone could have done a better job than they did. We were extremely pleased with Robert Fair Caterers and would recommend them to everyone.

Kerry and Theresa Fair went above and beyond to make my wedding day absolutely perfect. They made sure to have every little detail on paper beforehand so that they could be executed without my involvement the day of the wedding. Theresa was there the whole day to coordinate, helped the florist, the musician and the cake setup, and even made sure the musician had something to eat before he left! The food was superb, the coordination was outstanding. My day would have been a disaster without the able hands of Theresa Fair at my wedding!

Robert Fair Caterers truly helped to make my wedding day the best it could possibly be. From the planning to the day of coordinating they were absolutely stellar! Robert Fair was the only catering service that I interviewed for my wedding at Cairnwood that would work with some of the special requests that I had for a salad and a cookie display of my family's homemade italian cookies. They listened to what we wanted and executed perfectly. Kerry, Terry, and the Robert Fair staff were wonderful! I had such a great wedding day and it truly was because of their detailed planning and execution of my 250 guest wedding. My guests loved the staff as well! The bartenders kept lines short and drinks flowing all night! And the dinner was served in a timely manner! The food was delicious! Everyone that I spoke with raved about how great it was. And my husband and I loved it as well. The cake was absolutely delicious! And being that they worked with Bredenbeck's bakery in Chestnut Hill we truly couldn't ask for me. Thank you Robert Fair Caterers for being on of the major parts of making my wedding day as wonderful as it was!

My family of chefs was thrilled!! The food was fabulous!! Terry, who coordinated our event was a dream to work with, understanding, professional, and understanding. Our maitre'd for the evening, (whose name I cannot remember!) was wonderful, picking up the slack for our wedding venue's coordinator who was a no show!! She made our night effortless and all of guests were so complimentary!!

From our first brief meeting, through the more extensive consultation, to the wonderfully successful wedding day service – our opinion never changed. Robert Fair is a remarkable team whose attention to details and appreciation for quality did not go unnoticed. Compliments about the food, the service, and “the smiles” are still being made. Kerry’s trip to each station to ensure that “things” were going well was mentioned by several of the guests. Without Terri’s help, we think we would still have people waiting outside in the heat. What a great team! The choice of Robert Fair Catering was a key element in making this special day for us such a phenomenal success.

An extraordinarily responsive and flexible caterer. Always available. Food was excellent. Staff was friendly, helpful and competent and went out of thier way even after clean up. Very professional. Very attentive to details - set up, place cards, positioning of bar, stations, gathering personal family items from cermony, packing up, checking in on regular basis. Basic price includes many extras -upgrade of linens, set up, etc.Highly recommend. The best or the best caterer I have dealt with or been served by.

Robert Fair Caterers provided exceptional service. Their catering manager responded to emails within a day during the planning process and we always felt like we were being taken care of. They were also willing to handle a number of extra tasks including the placement of lanterns at our outdoor venue, providing lemonade before the service and putting out some rather intricate place cards. On the day of the wedding they attended to my husband and I with the utmost level of professionalism and care, taking care of all our special needs as the bride and groom. All of this being said, the food was excellent and my friends and family were raving about it in the weeks after the wedding (especially the beef). In addition, they never pushed us to order more food than we thought we needed and the menu was very flexible. Finally, their bartenders were phenomenal. Often times I'll go to weddings and the bartenders only know how to make a couple of drinks, but their bartenders were highly skilled and knew all of the popular cocktails. In conclusion, their level of professionalism, attention to detail and the level of comfort that we felt with their services both before and during the wedding far exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a caterer.

I couldn't be happier that we picked Robert Fair to cater our wedding. They were so accommodating during the entire planning process- both my mom and I live out of state. Kerry was very responsive through email and phone calls. We made several changes to the menu and schedule during the process, and never felt nervous that things were being forgotten or misunderstood. We chose to have a stations menu and they were so flexible with our choices, always keeping our final costs in mind. The billing was straight forward- no surprise hidden charges or taxes, etc. Because we were out of state, we weren't able to meet Terri until the day of the wedding. She immediately made me feel comfortable. She had an amazing mix of friendliness and professionalism- I felt she really cared about me and my day, but she was also able to keep my unruly groomsmen on schedule and informed. They said later they thought she was a lot of fun. She coordinated really well with the other vendors to ensure that everyone was on the same page. She also made sure that our favors were presented at the end of the night, etc.The food was amazing- I didn't get to eat as much as I would have liked, but all I hear from guests is how amazing the food was, including every single appetizer and the main dishes. I did get a chance to have some tasty moist turkey and really amazing prime rib. Every staff member, from the servers to the bar tenders were friendly and accommodating, too. I couldn't be happier with our catering choice.

I hired Robert Fair Caterers last year to do my wedding because so many different people had recommended them to me and I had personally been a guest at two weddings that they had catered previously. I was not disappointed. Terri Fair was very helpful and patient with this nervous bride and my challenging mother! She covered every detail from the moment we hired them and kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. The day of the wedding, September 7, I woke up to a terrible rainy day and panicked because we had planned an outside ceremony! Terri called me and told me not to worry that she would handle everything. When I arrived at the site, Fair Caterers had moved the outside ceremony inside the reception hall and made it absolutely beautiful and tasteful! I was amazed that they pulled this off with absolutely no forewarning.Their professionalism continued throughout the day and the staff was very nice and took care of every facet to make it a day any girl would dream of. All I heard from all of our guests how wonderful everything was and I highly recommend the filet and cold seafood appetizer buffet! Kerry Fair is a very talented and creative chef. Our daughter's wedding, on July 12, 2008, was certainly the epitome of a Cinderella wedding thanks to Robert Fair Caterers. The tented 5 hour affair at our home went off without a single problem thanks to the professionalism and dedication of Terri. Her attention to detail is amazing. She thought of absolutely everything and then made sure it was taken care of. The food was delicious, the presentation was creative, and the entire staff was efficient and courteous. We are so happy to have used Robert Fair Caterers--they allowed us to be completely relaxed and enjoy the wonderful experience of our daughter's happiest day.

We chose RFC because of the high level of professionalism, service, and tasty food. Robert is just the sweetest and Terri was so friendly and helpful. Our guests were treated to divine food (and presentation) accompanied with excellent service by thier staff. While they were the most expensive caterer we had interviewed - it was worth it. As soon as we left the tasting (which was an amazing experience) we knew who we were going to choose. Also, the bakery they use for the wedding cake was great too! The cake was gorgeous and so yummy!! If you care about high quality - then choose Robert Fair Catering.

My mom met with Terri and Kerry at an open house at our reception location. We reviewed all the other recommended caterers for our reception location and liked the packages they offered. My mom tasted the food, and told us to schedule a tasting. My husband, myself, my mom and his mom all went to the tasting and loved the food. Booked within a week. The wedding day went smoothly, the food was amazing, we had our own staff member who brought us drinks and appetizers while we were doing pictures, and kept us informed of everything going on. Everything was amazing!
