AWESOME DJ Company!!! I have been to about 10 weddings that Schaffer Sounds has been the DJ including my own. I wouldn't have choose anyone else. Their DJs are fun and professional!

Our venue recommended Schaffer Sounds and after looking around at other djs prices we knew they were a great deal! We met with them and found so much confidence with Chris we knew they were the one!! They helped us with our day of time line and details that we didn't even know we needed to decide on! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

DJ'd at our wedding during Thanksgiving weekend. He made everything so easy during the planning process and his execution was flawless. I was nervous submitting our paperwork because my husband and I had a pretty specific/eclectic playlist for both dinner and the reception but he pulled it together, no problem.During the reception, Chris was extremely flexible with the timeline of the evening (even making the cake cutting a little bit later because everyone was having so much fun dancing) and always made sure that I was happy (just what the bride wants!) :-)Chris remained professional throughout the evening and communicated so well with the photographer and the waitstaff at my venue. Schaffer Sound saved my wedding day! Went through a horrible time with another company and I called Schaffer 3 weeks before my huge wedding, I spoke with Chris and he was great from the start! The wedding from the ceremony music to cocktail hour to the best 4 hours of dancing of my life were all due to Schaffer Sound and especially CHRIS. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! Schaeffer Sound did an amazing job! He had everyone on the dance floor and played all of the music that we had requested.

The company representative was professional, friendly and efficient. The DJ was PERFECT!

Our wedding DJ, Keenan, did a great job DJing our wedding. He was very down to earth and fun to work with. We had a little snag with our processional song during the ceremony because the CD wouldn't play in the humidity, so after an awkward pause Keenan subbed in the bridal march. He explained the problem later, which was completely on their end since they made the CD and used their own equipment, but at that point it didn't really matter. Hopefully the company will rectify that problem. I did not get to meet our DJ before hand, and assumed Chris would be our DJ since that's who I talked to on the phone. That's the only thing I would have changed.

Schaffer Sound provided me with the absoute perfect DJ for my wedding. They're definitely pros at this and I completely believe their claim that a DJ needs to do something like 200 weddings as an assistant before they're sent off on their own. Everything ran incredibly smoothly, from the cocktail hour to the introductions and first dance. He kept everything moving through the scheduled events like speeches and cake cutting and kept the music at an appropriate level throughout dinner. He also kept to the "Do not play" list (no YMCA at this party) and was willing to take requests when some of the older folk wanted to get Motown going. A particularly special moment for me was when he played Pictures of You - The Cure. He came out on to the floor when it started and mentioned that it was a longer song. I told him to feel free to fade it out about halfway through. Well, this is a particularly special song for myself and my husband. So when all the other guests had left us to our "weird goth rock" and it was just the two of us dancing, he kept it going for the entire song. We call it our "second dance". What amazes me is that he then got everyone dancing again almost instantly. Really could not imagine someone who would be better at reading a crowd. Don't waste your time with other DJs. These guys are the end of the line.

We had a wonderful DJ. He play everything I requested and even extras in the same style. He was great with our kids(twin 2 year olds) and the other kids at the wedding. I requested a few songs and he said no problem played the first one the floor was empty so I told him to just get everyone back on the dance floor by the next song everyone was back out there! I can not say enough good things about schaffer sound!

We had no clue about anything. They took care of it all. They kept our wedding guest dancing all nite. We were so happy we used them and you will be too.

Our DJ did a fantastic job. He was always there if we needed him to play anything or change anything. Even the customer service reps were helpful with the planning. I really felt like they had our wedding at heart, which made me feel really good because it was one thing I had confidence in to not have to worry on that day.

Our DJ from Schaffer Sounds was awesome! The DJ that was supposed to play at our reception was unable to attend but the DJ that filled in was great! He played mostly every song from our play list. The DJ was very fun and energetic. We had a great time and everyone spent a majority of the reception on the dance floor!

In my family we always say there are three most important things in a wedding, the food- the booze and the music. Schaffer Sound really knocked the music out of the park! We have a lot of interests when it comes to music and Schaffer Sound really helped capture our favorites during both the cocktail and the ceremony! They didn't even flinch when I gave them a long list of "suggestions" of songs. In fact, Chris stated that he knew exactly what DJ to send us, and what style of music would best suit us. They really made the perfect match!Our dance floor was packed the entire night. We were thrilled at the music played; and the DJ took requests, and even allowed a friend of ours to sing a few songs in the beginning, without issue. We booked Schaffer Sound without having seen or heard them previously, and we made an excellent choice. They were professional, accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Our son and DIL had their weddding on Aug 13, 2011 @ the Spring Hill Manor in Ivyland,PA. The DJ, Adam, was terrific andoutstanding,as well as professional !!! His mix of songs ~ before dinner, during dinner and the entire evening were fabulous. The dance floor was packed all night long! Ages ranged from 2 yrs old to 87 years old. Everyone had their dancing shoes on for sure that nite ~ it was truely a night to remember !! Adam, you were awesome ! Thank you so much for a spectacular evening of great music ~ BRAVO. I could not have had a better experience with Chris and Dave at Schaffer Sound. They accommodated all my requests with ease and Dave guided me through on the day-of by keeping me in the loop with what events were happening at what times, listening to what I wanted, and all the while staying in the background and out of the way. You can't go wrong with these guys!

I was recently married on July 9, 2011 in Scranton, PA and used DJ Nick V. from Schaffer Sound. This vendor was by far the easiest to deal with and the DJ did a perfect job with little direction! I called Schaffer Sound, they sent me some paperwork to complete, I spoke with the company and the DJ once and everything went perfectly at the wedding! No complaints! Would recommend this company and DJ Nick V. to anyone =)
