We loved our experience at Steven Singer! From the wine and warm cookies to the extensive education we had on purchasing a diamond. Joe was great and very patient with us; we are extremely happy.

We love Steven Singer. Bob is our jeweler and he is great to work with! We love our rings and we feel as though we received great quality for a great price. I love being able to stop in any time and have my ring cleaned for free. My only complaint is they forgot to include an appraisal of my wedding band and I called twice an never received a phone call back. I wound up just stopping in the next time I was in the area and was provided the appraisal without a problem.

We bought our engagement ring and wedding bands at Steven Singer Jewelers. They are helpful and patient with us. They have good services too.

They have everything you are looking for at various price ranges. We worked with Lanny who is just a wonderful guy to talk with. It also is fun to relax have a beer or wine while looking! Have fun while you are there!

We had a great experience at Steven Singer. Our salesperson was Gigi and I look forward to working with her in the future. The only negative is it can be very crowded in the store and sometimes it takes away from the personal feeling. Everyone that works there is very friendly and helpful.

We looked at several high-end and boutique type jewelers in the diamond district and happened upon Steven Singer (we did recognize them from their billboards on 95). We immediately found what we wanted (classic looking white gold bands) at excellent prices. The engraving was handled perfectly and we like some of the post sales services they offer for lifetime, e.g., cleaning, re-sizing, etc.

My husband had such a good experience with our jeweler, Denna, picking out my engagement ring that I was so excited to go to pick out our wedding bands. He proposed on a Friday and we met with Denna on Tuesday! :) She, and the whole staff, are great! We never felt pressured or rushed. Every time we go in, they clean my ring while we are shopping. It is a great place with a ton of selection! He took my ring in before the wedding to get a special cleaning and it came out better that I could have imagined!! We are going back to look at rings with my brother-in-law for his girl!! :)

After explaining the situation to Mandy, she helped us to not only find the perfect rings, but upon seeing our disappointment when we learned that we would have to wait for two weeks to see the rings on our fingers, responded to our outlandish request: we walked out of the store with the sizing rings (used to measure our fingers for the rings we'd ordered) to keep for two weeks, until we can return to the store for the "official" bands.We would recommend Steven Singer Jewelers, and especially Mandy, to all couples, gay or straight, and were thrilled with the fantastic quality of our experience.And they serve alcohol.

Steven Singer is great to work with. They make the whole jewelry buying experience fun and explain everything to you so you really know what you're getting. I do think we could have gotten a better price somewhere else, but with the whole experience we were given at steven singer along with the fact that we can go back and get our rings cleaned at any time free of charge, it makes it worth it to stick with a reputable company who stands behind their product.

There are a lot of things to love about Steven Singer. My husband chose my engagement ring from their store, and he had a wonderful experience. He said that they were never pushy, even though he came back a few times and stayed for a while before making a final decision. The salesman he worked with, Greg, also is the salesman we worked with when choosing our wedding bands, and he is wonderful: very knowledgeable, patient, and pleasant. All three of our rings are beautiful, and we love wearing them. There were some negatives though. We chose what we wanted engraved inside our wedding bands, but when we received them, both had small errors. My husband's ring is titanium and difficult to re-engrave, and the store insisted that it couldn't be redone the way we wanted. However, with some serious pushing on my part, they managed to figure out a way to do it. We also were rather stressed when, the night before the wedding, one of the five diamonds in my husband's ring fell out! However, Steven Singer was very accommodating, and that morning a groomsman drove the ring to the store where they immediately repaired it.All in all, we do like Steven Singer and will likely continue to shop there. My husband even bought me diamond stud earrings from there as a wedding present, and they are fabulous - very beautiful and stay in place no matter what I'm doing. My engagement ring and wedding band have also been very secure, and I love that I can return to have them cleaned and rhodium dipped free of cost any time that I want. Oh, and there are beverages and freshly baked cookies every time we come in, which makes me want to have it cleaned and redipped quite often!

Steven Singer is an amazing jewlery store - they treat you like royalty. You leave the store knowing you made a great purchase. They helped my husband pick a great ring that I LOVE, can't wait to go back for other treats and gifts!!

We first visited Steven Singer over a year ago when looking for engagement rings. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we did not return to Steven Singer for almost an entire year to look again at engagement rings. Deena, the woman we met with on our first visit, remembered both my fiancé and I and assisted us once again at looking at rings. This time we bought a ring that day, although I had to wait for an official proposal to receive it. We were so happy with the service we received at Steven Singer that we returned to look at wedding bands the day we booked the Cathedral and although our intention was just to look we ended up purchasing the bands that day.

Great, fun, comfortable atmosphere (cookies and beer!) overall. My husband and I had fun when we walked in those doors and our jeweler made us feel extremely comfortable. Only issue with Steven Singer jewelers was that I, as the bride, felt as if there was miscommunication with my wedding band. The jewelers showed me 2 different band options; I chose 1 of those 3; and when I received the custom made ring, it ended up being an exact match to my engagement ring, which is great, but it wasn't what I expected because it was not what I saw in the ring holders, among a few options, the day we were there choosing. My advice is to ask lots of questions! no question is stupid. They are quick and efficient business men and women there but do no let them rush you. At time I felt rushed and also distracted.

We had only good things to say up until they shipped us the wrong wedding band, it was 14K instead of 18K and although they said it was their fault, they only wanted to refund us $100 if we kept it and a new one wouldn't be ready in time. And the one woman Crystal tried to blame my husband by saying we paid it off in January and the wedding being in April was too close? Wth does that have to do with getting the right band in the mail? It's not like it wasn't made in time? All in all, love their jewelry but that left a bad taste in our mouthes and we may not shop their again. We ended up staying with the 14K band because I wanted the band I wore on our wedding day. Ask for Joe, he was great throughout the whole ordeal so we would only deal with him going forward.

I absolutely love working with Steven Singer Jewelers! My husband bought my engagement ring from there and based on his experience with them we decided to get our wedding bands there as well. Our consultant Shanna is great to work with and always remembers who we are when we come in. I am constantly suggesting our friends and family get their jewelry at Steven Singer!

We started shopping at Steven Singer when we were just looking at engagement rings, and had such a great experience that we went there for the engagement ring and both wedding bands! Gigi was such a treat to work with, and even now I love going in to get my ring cleaned so I can catch up with her! They definitely specialize in the engagement ring market, and know just the questions to ask to help lost soon-to-be-fiancees make decisions! I love my rings (and his, but mostly mine)!

My husband went to Steven Singer to create my engagement ring and they did an amazing job! My husband chose the setting and they helped him find the perfect diamonds to go in it. It is gorgeous, the jewelers do great work. I had to have it sized and it was done in just a few days. We purchased our wedding rings and they delivered quickly. I ran out of time and went to have my engagement ring cleaned and the wedding bands engraved the day before the wedding and they turned it all around in 1 hour!
